Positives: I enjoy the serene atmosphere and verdant areas. I consider this area extremely cheap. One of the great advantages is my residency close to the IT centres. I spend time by the Adyar River's banks. I have excellent milk delivery.

Negatives: Bad roads caused my terrible encounter. Every day, I struggle with potholes.

Positives: My experiences at MIOT International Hospital are beneficial. At the neighbourhood cafés close to Porur, I particularly enjoy having meals. My encounters on the bus and roadway link are uncomplicated.

Though it is a significant housing area for airport and IT workers, it is not particularly central. The primary advantage is the cheap prices for big houses. Only a little drive away are entertainment choices like PVR Cinemas.

Because IT workers want rentals so much, my investment is really wise. I want more frequent public bus services and better road relaying after rains, though. My preferred small hideaway is this one.
