Kolapakkam, Chennai Reviews

Positive

Positives: One year ago, Kolapakkam was my home, and I found the green surroundings enticing. The simple drive to my Porur IT hub workplace was my chief benefit. For the fresh breeze, I enjoyed being by the banks of the Adyar River. For weekend excursions, I used to go to the neighbouring Chembarambakkam Lake frequently. One remembers PSBB Millennium School as a highly regarded institution nearby. At MIOT International Hospital, my medical crises were properly managed.

Negative

Negatives: On the other hand, my negative encounter was the inadequate street lighting on certain lanes. I then believed that public bus frequency demanded a very fast response. Better trash collection services were much needed in my former neighborhood.

Positive

Positives: Kolapakkam, I wish to reside close to the DLF IT park area. I think the calm setting fits my family life well. For my children, I like having Lalaji Memorial Omega International School nearby. The close Kedar Hospital takes care of my medical needs. Being close to the metro, Alandur, and the airport helps with my travels. Though my rental yields remain high, I feel the area is secure.

Negative

Negatives: Still, I am let down by my encounters with waterlogging during rains. The absence of decent wide roads in the inland areas infuriates me. My recommendation is to repair the drain system right away. I believe the neighborhood stores also have to have more parking available.

I suggest Kolapakkam to my customers since I think it is the most tranquil home in southwest Chennai. I think the place is unusual since it is on the Adyar River banks. For the Lalaji Memorial Omega International School and Annai Grace Hospital, I advise selecting this area. Walking home at night makes me feel quite safe because the nearby police patrol is fairly frequent. Spending my evenings at Kolapakkam Park or close to the picturesque river views is something I like. With the huge DLF IT Park only ten minutes distant, rental yields remain robust. The tiny interior roads and sporadic waterlogging during storms are the major disadvantages I see.

Positives: As a tenant, I relocated to Kolapakkam since the rent there is far lower than in Manapakkam. The calm surroundings and the neighbouring institutions like PSBB Millennium are amazing. For our weekend excursions, my family and I utilize the closest metro stations at Alandur and Porur. For my everyday requirements, I can readily get to the nearby markets, which I find really fresh. I appreciate the vegetation around the airport, which gives the air a slightly cleaner feel.

Negative

Negatives: Need right paved footpaths for hiking. I think the authorities ought to upgrade late-night transportation frequency and repair the garbage collection. The inadequate quality of drinking water in the borewells is most vexing for me.

Positive

Positives: Two years in Kolapakkam let me remain close to my workplace in DLF IT Park. I think the location is very practical since I could reach MIOT International Hospital very quickly. To navigate the region, I took the local buses and shared cars. The Phoenix Marketcity mall and the peaceful strolls along the Adyar river banks were among my favourite hangout locations.

Negative

Negatives: Waterlogging that results from every instance of rain. The small roadways here are, in my opinion, not designed for the big truck traffic. For safety, I truly thought the street lighting and drainage system had to be seriously improved. My biggest daily irritation was the never-ending dust from building.

I feel so at peace living there because Kolapakkam provides a quiet, green escape from the noise of Chennai. My travel is simple because Porur Junction is just next to the DLF IT Park. This region is recommended because MIOT Hospital and Lalaji Memorial Omega International School are close by. Because the neighborhood is very good and peaceful, I feel safe for my family at nighttime. Every day I enjoy the clear air and green surroundings here. Because IT workers want rentals so much, my investment is really wise. I want more frequent public bus services and better road relaying after rains, though. My preferred small hideaway is this one.
