Living here for about 20 years, I would describe the area as a well-connected one. It is a bit far from the textile market, but it is a straightforward journey to there. Vesu is close, where all the new developments have been taking place. The area is not disturbed by the recent Metro developments, but is connected well by BRTS near Anuvrat Dwar. Many parks are accessible, such as the Joggers Parks developments along Vesu, or on the way to the Narmada Library, or the Agrasen Garden. The vast agricultural fields provide a calming scenery.
