I was thinking of buying my flat in a good location in East Pune so that my office would be convenient. Then I found this project a few months ago. Gera developers are one of the reputed developers in Pune. They are a very trusted brand. Gera Foliage is a beautiful project in Viman Nagar, East Pune.

I can comfortably go every day to my office by Nagar road. Other well-connected roads are Sant Jnaneshwar Marg and Mundhwa road. Pune International Airport is the big plus point of the project location. Kharadi bypass has near this project. Khadki railway station is the nearest railway station to the project.

Gera Foliage provides me the amenities like Badminton Court, Kids' Play Areas, Indoor Games, Normal Park, etc. Their power backup and the 24 hours water supplies are good. The safety system is adorable. All the facilities make better of my daily life.

The construction quality is so good in my apartment. All rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms are well designed and all decorations are beautiful. Acrylic Emulsion work in the walls looks fabulous. Tiles works are so good. All indoor works are very appreciable. The apartment is nice with good architecture.

The flat is value for money according to all the construction, luxury, and facilities they gave. The best part of this project is the location, which is very helpful in my daily life. Fittings & Furnishing are superior. I would suggest it to others.
