Sector 23 has beautiful accessibility as the Hapur Road is on one side and the Meerut Road on the other. The transportation facility is good with the option of Bus, metro as well as railway station available nearby. The neighborhood is respectable and has a number of retail outlets to meet all your daily requirements.
Sector 23’s locality is planned well and each of the areas is segregated by block numbers making it easy for navigation. The roadway is well maintained. Within walking distance, you can find all the conveniences such as Banks, ATMs, Schools, and parks can be found. Raj Nagar metro station is nearby and easily reachable which provides greater connectivity to the locality.
Situated on the Rani Jhansi Mark Road, Sector 23 is a very well and accessible location in the heart of Ghaziabad. Numerous Parks and social establishments make the area well-developed. There are many local markets as well as malls in close proximity to the locality. The streets are broad and the transport options are many making it a convenient place to live in.
It is nice place to live. There are number of flats available for rent. Gym and transport facility are also available nearby.
Sector 23 is still an affordable area to stay in but the valuation is expected to rise steeply as Ghaziabad expands more toward the North. Buying a house in the locality now, in my opinion, would be a great decision as the returns of such an investment will be high surely. The only downside I can think of is the high population density in the area which culminates in traffic bottlenecks within the locality.
Sector 23 is a prime residential location with a variety of reputed educational institutions such as Derahdun Public school and Bhagirat Public School. The locality of Sector 23 is surrounded by major connecting roads that connect the locality to the heart of Ghaziabad. But as it is close to the Meerut Road Industrial area the locality usually faces traffic congestion during office hours. In a few areas of sector 23, water crisis issues persist and may cause challenges for homeowners.
