Positives Positives: I adore the safe atmosphere and greenery here. I think this place is not very cheap for me. In Thane West, my house is ideally situated. Often I go to the nearby club. Good security is provided for me.

Positives Positives: With a high rental yield, I like the area. Bethany Hospital has really smooth encounters for me. I like eating at the several Vasant Vihar cafes. My encounters with the bus connection and future subway are remarkable.

Positives Positives: I am somewhat content where I live and wish to provide some honest positive aspects about our neighbourhood. In my view, the top features here are the closeness to Yeoor Hills and the abundant green surroundings. The neighbourhood is really educated and cooperative, so my experience has been great. Having well-known schools like D.A.V. Public School inside the neighbourhood is a big advantage for families. Every line of my experience shows that Vasant Vihar is a clean and fashionable area.
Things to Consider Negatives: Still, I have some brief suggestions for improvement. In the older buildings, we sometimes have problems with water pressure. Furthermore, vendors obstructing the sidewalks result from the lack of a suitable, devoted vegetable market zone.

Positives Positives: For me, Vasant Vihar is Thane's Mini Malabar Hill. This site seems just perfect next to Ghodbunder Road and the Eastern Express Highway. I believe that having emergency services such as Swayam Hospital so nearby is a great comfort. I think the local parks and main facilities like Viviana Mall are important. Through the Thane Railway Station and the forthcoming metro station, connectivity is great. Since I have everything from gyms to upscale restaurants really nearby, I consider this spot extremely practical. Frequent patrol makes me feel quite secure here.
Things to Consider Negatives: Still, I find the severe peak-hour traffic on the major roadways very disturbing. For easier travel, these important issues have to be addressed quickly. This privileged neighbourhood is really recommended by me.

Positives I love Vasant Vihar because the atmosphere is really opulent. The quiet residential environment is the main benefit of this region in my opinion. My experience as a renter is excellent; I live near Bethany Hospital, among other notable hospitals. I travel locally using TMT buses, and the soon-to-be Metro Line 4 is a big advantage. For excellent education, I recommend Vasant Vihar High School and Junior College. Top-notch safety and greenery visibility in this location soothe me. Though a little pricey, the quality here justifies the expense in my view. The noise from close building sites irritates me most. Lack of parking spaces is the major issue.

Positives Positives: I relocated here since the neighbourhood is very calm and looks really rich. The great trees and fresh air from the Yeoor Hills nearby define the primary benefit of this site. For my daily office commute, I get to the Majiwada crossroads using the shared cars. Ten minutes from my house, Viviana Mall and Korum Mall are regular haunts. In the event of anything, Titan Hospital's closeness helps me to feel better.

Reaching Thane Station, I thought the TMT bus service was very regular. I thought walking and snacking at the Vasant Vihar High School grounds was the most appealing area for me.
Things to Consider Negatives: The dream of locating a parking space in my former residence let me down. For me, the lack of water throughout the height of summer was a terrible issue. I think the noise from the nearby Pokhran Road and the small internal roadways require significant upgrading. I feel that the exorbitant upkeep costs for such ancient apartments every month actually infuriated me.

Positives Since I love a quiet life with well-planned roads and a strong community sense, I am really glad to be living in Vasant Vihar. With many trees, immaculate surroundings, and well-kept apartment buildings, I believe this area is gorgeous. I can access Thane station easily and have great connectivity via the Eastern Express Highway. Near to my house are excellent schools like Singhania and DAV as well as respected hospitals like Jupiter and Bethany. With security, lighting, and constant mobility, I feel secure here even at night. For relaxation, I find pleasure in trekking tracks, Upvan Lake, and local gardens. With consistent rental demand and excellent returns, I believe my investment will pay off. I advise quicker peak hour traffic control as well as better internal road restoration soon.
