Manpada, Thane Reviews

Positive

Positives: Combining city life with green, Manpada is rather unusual. Though not quite central, I feel Mumbai is highly linked. Because my office is in Powai and Thane West presents superior housing possibilities, I rent here. I enjoy the quiet civilisations and wide areas. Regular rides on Ghodbunder Road and buses, I am aware of the Singhania School and Jupiter Hospital not far away. For movies and cuisine, I love shopping at malls like Viviana. I believe metropolitan accessibility is still not operational. For tenants, I think rent is on the expensive side. With no significant criminal problems recorded, I believe safety is rather excellent.

Negative

Negatives: I think late-night transportation is limited. Better roads and faster metro completion will let me feel totally content here.

Positives: With constant growth, Manpada seems to be a nice residential neighbourhood. I enjoy the orderly civilisations and clean surroundings. Quick access to Ghodbunder Road saves travel time. Nearby hospitals, schools, and malls make everyday living simpler. Near the Yeoor forest side, the greenery and fresh air are much valued. All things considered, my experience stays upbeat. Should fundamental municipal amenities progressively get better, I think Manpada will eventually become quite valuable.

Negative

Negatives: Within the society premises, I feel secure. Drainage issues seem to come to the fore during severe rains. Some areas lack paths, in my opinion. Local markets, in my opinion, are overfull and require more effective organizing. Public parks, in particular, need greater attention.

Positives: Owning my home in Manpada satisfies me since my experience here seems balanced. Emergency services are strong because Jupiter Hospital and nearby clinics are there. I like quiet living since banks, schools, parks, and marketplaces remain within a close range. Ghodbunder Road and urban buses are my preferred methods of transportation; I eagerly anticipate the improved metro connection will ease travel. I like how this area is midway between Western suburbs and Thane station. I like shopping and eating at nearby local restaurants as well as Viviana Mall. This location is really helpful for family living.

Negative

Negatives: I am bothered by slow road repairs and water pressure problems in certain seasons. To preserve the standard of life here, these issues call for prompt civic action.

Living in Manpada brings me great pleasure as my everyday life appears to be easy and cozy. As a renter, good communities, food shops, and medical businesses really help me in this neighborhood. Daily travel by buses and automobiles along Ghodbunder Road For medical needs, I have faith in Jupiter Hospital Thane; nearby for education is Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers. Here I rent mostly since my office is in Powai and the trip is still reasonable. Regular security and engaged communities make me feel secure. I love the vegetation near Yeoor Hills. Though a bit pricey, rent is justified. Internal road quality and drainage irritate me during the monsoon.

Positives: The great shopping ease at R Mall and D-Mart most caught my eye. The great benefits I gained from the smooth connection to the Eastern Express Highway Being my preferred place for unwinding, I enjoyed spending my time at Upvan Lake. The nearest business centre for me was Wagle Estate's office hub. At Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School, I valued the education; at Bethany Hospital, I found the medical care to be admirable. The surroundings seemed quite secure for my family. At the close of Yeoor Hills, I appreciated the green.

Negative

Negatives: I had a poor encounter with the elevated pollution levels. I thought fast action was required of the waste management system.

Positives: I believe its central position on Ghodbunder Road is a premium asset. My opinion is that the closeness to Sanjay Gandhi National Park is a great advantage for every inhabitant. The elegant ambience of the area appeals to me. My personal encounters with medical institutions like Metro Multispeciality Hospital are rather consistent. I like how close my children study at the nearby prestigious Carmel English High School. The local bus network gives me travel advantages.

Negative

Negatives: The wait for the future Manpada metro station raises issues. My opinion is that the rental yield is very sluggish. I'm upset by my encounters with the intense peak-hour congestion. Need to correct the restricted parking facilities.

I direct my customers toward Manpada, as I believe it to be the core of Ghodbunder Road. I view it as a high-end center with everything nearby. For future traveling, I see the projected metro development as a fantastic benefit. For best care, I advise believing Titan Hospital and Hiranandani Foundation School. Walking home at night makes me feel quite secure, as the area is quite populated. For a brief vacation, I enjoy going to Tikuji-ni-Wadi or the neighboring Yeoor Hills. Because of the luxury residential towers, rental returns remain high. Lack of public parking and severe traffic congestion need some enhancement. In Thane, I believe this is the ultimate pinnacle of contemporary living.

Positives: As Manpada is a great residential centre, I relocated there as a renter. For me, the great social life here is the biggest benefit. For shopping, I am really near to Korum Mall and Viviana Mall. Since my workplace is close to the Kolshet industrial district, my trip is really brief. It thrills me that several stores and Bethany Hospital are merely a stroll away. Living here's finest aspect is the lush vegetation surrounding Yeoor Hills.

Negative

Negatives: The major issues are waterlogging during rains and the high rent. First should be the narrow service lanes that need to fix this. Finding an auto-rickshaw after 10 p.m. is also a great difficulty for us.

Positives: Because of my employment at the neighbouring Balaji Infotech, I lived two years in Manpada. My personal favourite feature of this region is the connectivity to Ghodbunder Road. Reaching Jupiter Hospital or the impending metro station was not difficult for me. R Mall or relaxing at Upvan Lake nearby consumed my weekends.

Negative

Negatives: The heavy traffic close to Majiwada junction really upsets me. The pollution from the highway is a major issue. The dearth of inner-road greenery and safety concerns at late evenings really aggravated me. The frequency of public transportation and drainage has to be greatly improved, in my view. To be quite honest, the never-ending vehicle noise and dust wore me out there.

Being in Manpada makes me so fortunate since it is Thane's most exclusive and lively neighbourhood. Being right next to the beautiful Yeoor Hills, I find the surroundings gorgeous. My regular travel is rather easy, as Ghodbunder Road links me so rapidly to everything. I recommend this neighbourhood since Bethany Hospital and Hiranandani Foundation School are very close. Women feel quite secure for me at night given the bright and bustling streets. I love the morning walks and fresh air Meadows Park has. My investment provides me with significant rental income from households with working members. Fewer hawker blockages and better traffic management at the primary signal are all I am really after. I cherish my quiet existence here.

I enjoy the highly developed infrastructural facilities in Manpada. Both garden and ground for children along with the clubhouse for getting to gather. The locality has a vicinity that is fully sanitated. Many restaurants and a D-mart are available at 500 meters. This locality is good for e-commerce, manufacturing, distributorship, etc. A school like Ryan international school is 1.5 km whereas hospital-like AIMS is approx 3.5 km from the locality. There is no metro connectivity in this area.

It's a wonderful experience for me to live in such a beautiful locality in Thane. It is connected by the Thane-Ghodbunder Road (National Highway 48) and Eastern Express Highway. Manpada is situated in the center of the city. Many restaurants and a D-mart are available at 500 meters. Connectivity is going to be good with the upcoming metro and roads to Navi Mumbai, Kalyan & Dombivli. I have never faced a problem like water shortage which is a regular problem in other areas. This locality is very convenient for traveling as local buses are available. This locality has good security.
