Combining city life with green, Manpada is rather unusual. Though not quite central, I feel Mumbai is highly linked. Because my office is in Powai and Thane West presents superior housing possibilities, I rent here. I enjoy the quiet civilisations and wide areas. Regular rides on Ghodbunder Road and buses, I am aware of the Singhania School and Jupiter Hospital not far away. For movies and cuisine, I love shopping at malls like Viviana. I believe metropolitan accessibility is still not operational. For tenants, I think rent is on the expensive side. With no significant criminal problems recorded, I believe safety is rather excellent.

With constant growth, Manpada seems to be a nice residential neighbourhood. I enjoy the orderly civilisations and clean surroundings. Quick access to Ghodbunder Road saves travel time. Nearby hospitals, schools, and malls make everyday living simpler. Near the Yeoor forest side, the greenery and fresh air are much valued. All things considered, my experience stays upbeat. Should fundamental municipal amenities progressively get better, I think Manpada will eventually become quite valuable.
Things to Consider
Negatives:
Within the society premises, I feel secure. Drainage issues seem to come to the fore during severe rains. Some areas lack paths, in my opinion. Local markets, in my opinion, are overfull and require more effective organizing. Public parks, in particular, need greater attention.

Living in Manpada brings me great pleasure as my everyday life appears to be easy and cozy. As a renter, good communities, food shops, and medical businesses really help me in this neighborhood. Daily travel by buses and automobiles along Ghodbunder Road For medical needs, I have faith in Jupiter Hospital Thane; nearby for education is Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers. Here I rent mostly since my office is in Powai and the trip is still reasonable. Regular security and engaged communities make me feel secure. I love the vegetation near Yeoor Hills. Though a bit pricey, rent is justified. Internal road quality and drainage irritate me during the monsoon.

I direct my customers toward Manpada, as I believe it to be the core of Ghodbunder Road. I view it as a high-end center with everything nearby. For future traveling, I see the projected metro development as a fantastic benefit. For best care, I advise believing Titan Hospital and Hiranandani Foundation School. Walking home at night makes me feel quite secure, as the area is quite populated. For a brief vacation, I enjoy going to Tikuji-ni-Wadi or the neighboring Yeoor Hills. Because of the luxury residential towers, rental returns remain high. Lack of public parking and severe traffic congestion need some enhancement. In Thane, I believe this is the ultimate pinnacle of contemporary living.

As Manpada is a great residential centre, I relocated there as a renter. For me, the great social life here is the biggest benefit. For shopping, I am really near to Korum Mall and Viviana Mall. Since my workplace is close to the Kolshet industrial district, my trip is really brief. It thrills me that several stores and Bethany Hospital are merely a stroll away. Living here's finest aspect is the lush vegetation surrounding Yeoor Hills.
Things to Consider

Because of my employment at the neighbouring Balaji Infotech, I lived two years in Manpada. My personal favourite feature of this region is the connectivity to Ghodbunder Road. Reaching Jupiter Hospital or the impending metro station was not difficult for me. R Mall or relaxing at Upvan Lake nearby consumed my weekends.
Things to Consider
Negatives:
The heavy traffic close to Majiwada junction really upsets me. The pollution from the highway is a major issue. The dearth of inner-road greenery and safety concerns at late evenings really aggravated me. The frequency of public transportation and drainage has to be greatly improved, in my view. To be quite honest, the never-ending vehicle noise and dust wore me out there.
