Amenities are very nice here at Sudhansu Imperia. There is a permanent power backup provided for the common electricity cuts. I also came to know the drinking water supply is 24x7 which means I don’t have to suffer Mumbai’s problems with water anymore.
I would definitely say Imperia qualifies as a luxury development. My apartment is a little smaller than I had expected (499 sq. ft. for a 2BHK) but has state of the art security features. There’s also a beautiful view of the surrounding parkland that makes it well worth it.
The rooms are significantly better than anything else in the ‘under 2CR’ range but I love the leisure facilities provided here at Sudhansu Imperia more than anything else. There is a large swimming pool to escape the Mumbai heat and a cards room and clubhouse to spend evenings in. Great place to start your social life in Mumbai!
The location of Sudhansu Imperia is very convenient for career people who want a decent place to relax in and easy connectivity as well. My 355 square ft. apartment is great for the cheap price and even has things like a sauna and a cards room so we can relax.
I wanted a combination of affordability and good features, which is why I picked a studio apartment in Sudhansu Imperia. Apartment is 220 sq. ft. total and suits me just fine, and was very cheap on top of that. There’s easy connectivity through the LBS Marg and things like a permanent power backup and 24/7 running water make this a great development in my opinion.
