My apartment is picture perfect, with fittings, furnishing, beautiful walls and tiles, CCTV surveillance, lifts, and interior design everything is picture perfect. The rooms are spacious and airy. I loved the indoor and outdoor gaming facilities. The swimming pool too is well maintained. So far, my living has been great here.

Rohan Mithila has given me the lifestyle I just wanted. Fast communication, super-fast connections, big hotels; like Hyatt, Diamond water park and Novotel are super close. I work at EON IT Park which takes less time to reach. It is also surrounded by schools.

I am loving everything about Rohan Mithila and my apartment. Connectivity is the cherry on top. The airport is 5 to 7 minutes away from my apartment and the road is usually nit so congested. I have easy access to Apollo Clinics in case of emergencies as well.

The room of my apartment is spacious, and breathable in the sense that it is well ventilated and has 4 big windows. The window in my room does not spill rainwater during the rains. The surrounding is quite peaceful which gives me an escape from the loud sound of the busy Pune roads.

When we are looking out for an apartment, the one thing we are looking out for is comfort and luxury at a cheap rate. Rohan Mithila provided me with a luxurious and spacious flat that is perfect for my 3- member family. It is perfect in a city like Pune.
