Connectivity is good with the upcoming Kalyan-Taloja Metro line adding more convenience and Dombivli railway station nearby. Open gardens and lakes within Palava have a refreshing and calming effect. Jupiter Hospital and AIMS Hospital offer local medical aid. The project stands apart for its active lifestyle choices and self-sustained environment. Better upkeep of street illumination in certain internal districts will help to increase safety outside the township, but more local public transportation is also required.
