National Highway-5 travels 9 kilometres to the Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar Railway Station, while National Highway-5, National Highway-7, and Chandigarh Road travel 14 kilometres to the Chandigarh Junction Railway Station. By way of National Highway 5, Aerocity is located 7 kilometres from the renowned Knowledge City Sector-81. Prestigious institutions like the Indian School of Business (ISB) and the Indian Institute of Science Education & Research (IISER) are located there. Some of the schools within 10 kilometres are Manav Rachna International School, Mohali, Ryan International School, and Doon International School. Within 13 kilometres of Aerocity are renowned hospitals like Amcare Hospital, Eden Critical Care Hospital, Alchemist Hospital Panchkula, and Liberty Hospital - KB's Physiotherapy Performance Centre. Residents have access to Cosmo Mall (7 km), Elante Mall (13 km), and DLF City Centre Mall (20 km) for all of their shopping and leisure needs.

A cricket field called the Inderjit Singh Bindra Stadium is situated in Mohali, Punjab, India. The Mohali Stadium is the common name for it. The Punjab team plays in this stadium built by Geetanshu Kalra. 

Gurudwara Sri Amb Sahib

The historic Gurdwara Amb Sahib is situated about 500 metres away from Gurdwara Sant Mandal Angitha Sahib in Mohali, Punjab. In order for Bhai Kooram to be able to offer mangoes to his guru, it is said that Guru Har Rai worked a miracle and caused a mango tree to grow in the gurdwara. The tree is still standing today. Mangoes are given out as prasad at a fair that is held annually.

Fateh Burj (Baba Banda Singh Bahadur War Memorial) 

The Fateh Burj, the tallest tower in India and a popular tourist destination in Punjab, is located in the mediaeval town of Chappar Chiri in the district of SAS Nagar. 2011 saw its completion. The 328-foot tower honours the founding of the Sikh Misls throughout a significant portion of Punjab in 1711.
