The strategic position of Aditya Mega City close to NH-24 provides smooth connectivity to my office in Delhi. Gym and clubhouse offer me great opportunities for relaxation and social interaction after my work.
The landscaped gardens and walking trails provide quiet areas for our morning walk, which improves our retirement life.
The developer has given spacious and nicely planned apartment. Me and my spouse are quite happy with this one. But then one thing is that they should have given more amenities, something like daily essentials shopping, more sports facilities for my kids, and so on. Otherwise, the community is nice, people are nice out there. Some traffic at times but rest of the time it is peaceful enough.
I thought that the biggest apartment which I bought here, i.e. the 4 BHK penthouse saleable area was a little smaller than I wanted or expected. But I have gone ahead, since the project quality is nice, all the fittings are really good, and the facilities are also decent. But they could have put in a little more like possibly a wellness, yoga, and meditation zone and reflexology areas, since we are paying this much.
Civic issues still need some attention in the area. Otherwise, the gated project is nice with all the basics you need and everything else. Good security and project plan is organized. My apartment is nice at least I feel so and the view is also good. So happy with it overall. But area needs to develop quickly.
Project layout and construction quality are two big plus points. Also the way they have made the apartments airy (mine at least) and full of natural light during the day. Gym, swimming pool, club house, and other amenities are also present here. Only thing is it is slightly far from my workplace. So that is one little compromise for me.
If you are seeking a good project where there are nice families residing in it and a sense of community, then this is it. I went ahead for investment due to this reason. This is also one of the good areas of Ghaziabad. But yes, pricing I thought was little costly when I bought. Still, the overall experience is good and I thank the developer.
Though the apartments are large, the children's play area is frequently congested during weekends.
In spite of the central location, the traffic jams at peak times outside the entrance can be irritating.
The highly equipped gymnasium and swimming pool are major attractions, facilitating my sporty lifestyle within the community.
