The draft 'Unified Building Regulations-2026' proposes higher Floor Area Ratio (FAR), relaxed height norms, and faster approvals to encourage vertical growth and revive stalled projects.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Noida International Airport at Jewar on March 28, 2026.
