Part of Uppal Skywalk to be Dismantled for Uppal-Narapally Elevated Corridor Construction

Approximately 70 meters of the Uppal Skywalk will be dismantled to facilitate the construction of the Uppal-Narapally Elevated Corridor. While the pedestrian facility will be restored later, a portion will be temporarily closed. This construction is part of the NH-163 development.

Double-Decker Road Construction Between Hayathnagar and LB Nagar to Improve Traffic Flow

A double-decker road is under construction between Hayathnagar and LB Nagar, with the lower deck for local traffic and upper decks for vehicles entering and exiting the city. This project, expected to be completed within two months after tendering, aims to significantly ease traffic congestion and improve connectivity for commuters traveling to and from these areas.

Hyderabad-Vijayawada Highway Expansion to Cut Travel Time

The six-lane expansion of National Highway-65 (NH-65) between Hyderabad and Vijayawada, a ₹10,391 crore project, is set to significantly reduce travel time by nearly two hours. The 231-km corridor, one of the busiest inter-state routes, will be expanded from four to six lanes. The project includes service roads and bypasses to ease congestion and facilitate smoother travel.
