I bought my apartment at Godrej Prime while it was still in the “nearpossession” phase, andI’m happy to say that it turned out just as good aspromised. The apartment I chose is a 790sq. ft. 2BHK apartment and it is veryelegantly built.
It isn’t as large as some of the other developments in Mumbai Harbour but thepractical partition of the rooms make them feel very spacious. I especially likethe kitchen because it is larger than the usual modular kitchens you see inapartments.
The furniture is not too much but most of the essentials are provided. Securityis a welcome feature here as there is a guard at the gate always. Godrej Primealso has CCTV cameras fixed around the building, corridors, and grounds, sothere is no fear of danger.
The development design is perfect and there are lush lawns all around thebuildings. They are trimmed almost every day so they are in very goodcondition. Feels very Spanish in its design and I really like the overallEuropean appeal.
The gardens and patio are especially well designed and I often relax there inthe mornings before going to work. I also enjoy things like the sports facilitiesand the swimming pool. The library is small but has a lot of books and theother residents try their best not to disturb you. Prime is located in theChembur sector of Mumbai so its very easy to get around as the easternexpress highway and the santa cruz chembur link road are both very near.
