Okay, this place is GORGEOUS!! I’ve stayed here for a month now and it’s been an amazing change up from my last apartment. The entire project is surrounded by parks and carefully tended greenery. Rooms are not that big but have large windows and glass terrace doors for maximum natural lighting. One small problem I have is that the nearby roads are almost always congested, especially in the mornings.
I would say this project is perfect for small families and couples given the size of the rooms. My 2BHK apartment is 805 sq. ft. which is perfect for my family (my wife and son). Things like the kids’ pool and badminton court make it even better since we can enjoy all of those together.
We bought our apartment at Sheth Auris Serenity Tower 1 just a couple of days ago and it’s been pretty nice so far. The other people on my floor actually came to help us unpack and carry our boxes in! I haven’t checked out all the facilities here but I’m looking forward to soaking in the sauna for sure.
I moved into Sheth Auris Serenity Tower 1 more than three weeks ago. I honestly can’t find enough good things to say about this place! The rooms are beautiful and have great soft lighting, the security features are a big relief, and recreational facilities like a spa, sauna, and clubhouse make it significantly upscale.
Best thing about Sheth Auris Serenity is it doesn’t take too long for you to feel at home. My 2bhk apartment is painted entirely in soft warm colors that makes it feel very welcoming. Surprised to see that the kitchen is actually adequately sized for once. The project is not very far from New Link road however, so finding parking can be hard late at night.
