CIDCO has unveiled an ambitious ₹16,250 crore budget for FY27, signaling a significant infrastructure expansion centered around the Navi Mumbai International Airport. The plan includes developing integrated zones like Aerocity, EduCity, and MediCity to drive economic activity and attract investments.

During Q1'2026, average property prices for Dunamis Brajesh Paradise moved from ₹ 11,250/sqft to ₹ 12,250/sqft, reflecting a 8.89% rise.

The 5.8-kilometer Ulwe Coastal Road, with an additional 0.9-kilometer link to the Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) terminal, is on track for completion by September 2026, with traffic expected to commence by October or November. The airport will be accessible via road, rail, and water transport, including the Atal Setu.
