MMRDA Plans Two New Ring Roads to Ease Mumbai Traffic

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) is planning two additional ring routes, expanding its proposed network from seven to nine. These new corridors will cover approximately 307 km and will connect existing roads and planned projects across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

Navi Mumbai Gears Up for Major Infrastructure Push with ₹16,250 Crore Budget

CIDCO has unveiled an ambitious ₹16,250 crore budget for FY27, signaling a significant infrastructure expansion centered around the Navi Mumbai International Airport. The plan includes developing integrated zones like Aerocity, EduCity, and MediCity to drive economic activity and attract investments.

During Q1'2026, average property prices for Olympeo Riverside moved from ₹ 4,350/sqft to ₹ 5,950/sqft, reflecting a 36.78% rise.

A total of 217 out of 280 launched units have been booked as of March 2026, including 76% of 2 BHK SB(55 out of 72), 83% of 1 BHK SB(50 out of 60), 66% of 2 BHK LB(53 out of 80), 85% of 1 BHK LB(51 out of 60), 100% of 1 BHK (8 units).

External Works has reached 10%, Internal finishing stands at 10%.

All 120 units of Olympeo Riverside - Phase 2, featuring 1 BHK, 3 BHK, 2 BHK, SMART 1 BHK apartments were fully booked by the end of April 2025.

Structural Works reach 21% completion, External Works has reached 4%.

A total of 196 out of 360 launched units have been booked as of November 2024, including 47% of 1 BHK(108 out of 228 units), 92% of 3 BHK(11 out of 12 units), 57% of 2 BHK(55 out of 96 units), 92% of SMART 1 BHK(22 out of 24 units).

A total of 180 out of 360 launched units have been booked as of April 2024, including 44% of 1 BHK(101 out of 228 units), 92% of 3 BHK(11 out of 12 units), 51% of 2 BHK(49 out of 96 units), 79% of SMART 1 BHK(19 out of 24 units).

Internal finishing stands at 100%, MEP Services including lift and staircases, are now 100% done.
