Positives: I have to say, Malad West is very convenient to live in. There's everything I want within reach, like Inorbit and Infinity malls are within driving distance, and there are tons of markets and stores. Connectivity is superb; the railway station and Link Road ensure that I can move around comfortably. Aksa Beach is also just a drive away, which is a good refuge. Negatives: The only actual flaw for me is the waterlogging problem occasionally during monsoons. Apart from that, everything's quite sturdy.
Positives: I absolutely love living in Malad West. It's centrally positioned with excellent connectivity. All basic facilities such as good schools, hospitals, and markets are within the vicinity. It's very safe at night, and I thoroughly enjoy the green surroundings here. Negatives: The main problem is how packed it becomes. It becomes difficult to get an auto or a taxi. Also, the New Link Road gets highly waterlogged during the monsoon, which is a big issue and creates hygiene and health problems.
Positives: I really like to stay in Malad West due to its excellent connectivity to the city and all major highways. There is everything I need within reach, from schools to malls, making life extremely convenient. Negatives: Overcrowding is a genuine issue here. It causes traffic jams and sometimes it's difficult to catch public transport. The region also experiences waterlogging during monsoons.
Positives: I enjoy residing in Malad West due to its excellent connectivity. The access to trains and metro stations makes traveling in Mumbai quite convenient. And with several malls, educational institutions, and hospitals within the vicinity, I have everything I require within reach. Negatives: The largest disadvantage is the excessive crowd. Monsoon waterlogging on Link Road is also a big trouble.
One of the Prominent locality in the city. It is situated on the Western line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway. The area is a blend of residential, retail and commercial establishments and offers good connectivity. Malad is also well conneted with the near by areas such as Goregaon, Kandivali, and Andheri. Enough greenery around, and nice places to stay.
