There are several institutions like the MIT Engineering College, Cummins College, and Bharati Vidyapeeth, while many hospitals are also situated in the locality. There are moderately priced options, while the Mumbai Bypass goes right next to the neighbourhood, thereby ensuring excellent connectivity to several parts of the city. Yes, there is traffic congestion near the highway approach, and a lack of recreational facilities, but those will be developed in the future.

As an owner in Karve Nagar and it really is the optimum choice for family residing in Pune. The new Metro at Vanaz makes commuting in the city so convenient. It was a great area to bring up a family, but I always believed that the authorities badly needed to address the recurring problem of summer water scarcity.
