Being practically next door to Hinjewadi IT Park is certainly Baner's main USP. Thus, I love this expanding section of Pune West so greatly. Balewadi High Street's excellent dining establishments and nightlife are amazing. Connectivity over the Mumbai-Pune Expressway is flawless. Locations such Jupiter Hospital and The Orchid School are readily accessible. Line-3's future Baner Gaon Metro Station will only make things better. Rents are rather expensive, yet the entire environment appears quite safe. The two main gaps, however, are the intermittent water supply problems in summer and a great need for more street illumination in some interior residential districts.

I bought my house in Baner since this area is perfectly located with great access to the IT centers of Pune, well-developed infrastructure and elegant conveniences. The appeal is increased by surrounding green regions such Baner Hill and parks. Going to Balewadi High Street for supper in the evening and then coming home in tranquility is my favourite moment. One change I hope for is quicker metro line completion up to Baner and secondly better management of internal roads and drainage during rainfalls. Still, Baner is a wonderful investment and place to live that I strongly advise.

Baner is a good locality. Located in the Western part of the city. It has good connectivity to school, college, hospital, bank and market. Round the clock connectivity with all surrounding amenities like Mall Hospitals, Schools/college. Numerous renowned schools and colleges are situated in Baner, alleviating the concerns of parents about education facilities. Esteemed institutions like Symbiosis International University and Mercedes-Benz International School adorn the locality.

Positives: As an owner, relocating to Baner has been an improvement to our life. The great position which is essential with quick access to prominent roads and the Hinjewadi IT park is what we value. With places like Balewadi High Street, the area has a lively social scene in addition to first-rate schools and healthcare choices like Jupiter Hospital close by, guaranteeing everything is accessible.

Negatives: In some areas there is a definite and ongoing problem with water supply. In some areas, the noise from continuous commercial and residential building is rather great. Better interior street lighting in some nearby streets would help to guarantee resident safety after sunset.

Positives: Due of its ideal positioning in West Pune near the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and IT centres, Baner seemed a first-rate choice. The Orchid School, notable markets, hospitals like Jupiter and Manipal Hospitals nearby. The impending metro line provides even more connectivity. The lively Balewadi High Street was my favourite component. With the better connectivity and conveniences, the cost of living here was unquestionably on the higher side but justified the experience.

Negatives: Often pushing pedestrians into the main highway, wrong footpaths and vendor encroachment often combine with erratic parking. Local transportation was really stressful since the subpar state of some internal roads, especially during the monsoons, often caused water logging and harmed drainage chamber lids.

Positives: Baner will be a game-changer with the future Baner Gaon Metro Station and link us easily everywhere. Here in our reliable Jupiter Hospital and VIBGYOR High, we have outstanding institutions. Along Balewadi High Street, where there are excellent restaurants and the Westend Mall close by for shopping, entertainment is lively. The area is quite cosmopolitan and active. Living close to the Baner-Pashan Biodiversity Park makes me feel extremely fortunate. The combination of great social life and IT comfort close Hinjewadi appeals most to me.

Negatives: The only things that call for focus are the heavy traffic during peak office hours and, occasionally, the water supply might be inconsistent, therefore calling for tanker dependence.

Positives: I just moved into Baner in West Pune and sensed its distinct ambience right away. Smooth access to regions like Hinjawadi, Balewadi and the Mumbai-Pune corridor is provided by the site's proximity to main routes like the Baner-Pashan Link Road and NH-48. Negatives: During peak hours, Baner Road experiences great traffic congestion, some internal routes and drainage are ignored in monsoon. Baner would be my general advice for a balanced rental life.

It is good place to live . Just need to have more hospitals and schools

Positives: Living in Baner for a few years seemed like an ideal urban oasis. My daily commute was made easier by my closeness to Hinjewadi, and I liked the cosmopolitan ambiance. From excellent schools and Jupiter Hospital to the great eating scene at Balewadi High Street, the area provided everything. Moreover, the vegetation of Baner Hill gave a much-needed escape from metropolitan living. It was really a high-liveability zone.

Negatives: But that fast expansion had a significant cost. The peak hour traffic congestion was absolutely infuriating, and living there became extremely expensive. Improvement is desperately needed for peak-hour traffic, water scarcity, main road potholes, and confused street parking.

Positives: I'm loving it very much, as I just relocated to the Baner neighborhood in West Pune. Commuting is simple as Baner Road connects effectively to the close IT hub at Hinjewadi and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Living here gave me confidence about being near to hospitals such Jupiter Hospital and strong schools such as The Orchid School. The area has a wonderful lifestyle, including eateries and parks like Baner-Pashan Biodiversity Park.

Negatives: I see a few potential areas of improvement. First of all, peak hour traffic density is quite great. The cost of living here is also significantly more than in some other districts, so rent is rather high. Moreover, I feel the way infrastructure is changing implies some areas experience drainage problems during monsoon and the metro line finishing is still overdue.
