I have been working in Sector 65, Gurgaon, for many years. My experiences show strong buyer demand. The area has Rapid Metro Sector 55–56 connectivity. Metro access is available at HUDA City Centre. I suggest Sector 65 for premium housing and new infrastructure. However, I also mention some trouble like traffic congestion and high entry pricing, here.

I love Sector 65 because it's the peak of luxury on Golf Course Extension Road. The Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro is very close. Having Sanjeevani Hospital and WorldMark Mall nearby is a blessing. The greenery around M3M Golf Estate is lovely. However, the heavy traffic and massive construction dust are big problems.

I think Sector 65 is beautiful with its skyline. I feel the rental yield here is fantastic. I love hanging out at M3M 65th Avenue and WorldMark. My experiences with Uber and local transit are great. I just have complaints about the poor street lighting, high maintenance costs, and dust.

I live here and have wonderful experiences. Every day I ride the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro. For families, I advise this industry since it is secure and safe. With M3M Urbana and DPS International close, life is easy in this locality. I detest the dusty roads and building noise, though.

I adore my life here since the environment is quite superior. Being close to my work and M3M 65th Avenue makes me feel good. Local parks are much loved by my family. I find it really simple for pupils. I have trouble with loud traffic noise from the main route.

Based on my experiences, I recommend Sector 65 for its great connection. Linking to Delhi and major commercial centers, Golf Course Extension Road and Sohna Road should run. Schools, hospitals, and shopping nearby allow me to give families priority. I see the metro must move closer here, and the interior road patches.

Living as a tenant in Sector 65 gives me great pleasure. For this area, the main benefit is the Golf Course Extension Road. Living in a luxurious high-rise community near my work is mostly beneficial to me. My everyday commute runs through the Sector 55–56 Rapid Metro station. For healthcare, I recommend Cloudnine Hospital; having master's students from nearby KIIT College is frequent. My interaction with the gated safety and the greenery is fantastic. Although the lifestyle is worth the exorbitant rent, it is not very cheap in my opinion. The construction dust, though, troubles me. Lack of public streetlights on service routes presents a major challenge.

This is the ultimate luxury center on Golf Course Extension Road. Living right next to major corporate parks like M3M Urbana offers the main benefit in my opinion. I advise this location for its great access to the Rapid Metro and Sohna Road. Families, I see, love the nearby reputable Cloudnine Hospital and top schools such as St. Xavier's High. Because of the elite gated towns and excellent security, I believe women feel very secure in the neighbourhood at night. Here I adore the opulent retail stores as well as the neighborhood parks. The rental yield seems to be rather high. I believe lack of public buses and waterlogging during rainfalls really call for attention.

Living in Sector 65, the most elegant stretch of Golf Course Extension Road, gives me great pride. I like the opulent atmosphere and the quick drive to Sohna Road and Rapid Metro. Move here for institutions such as St. Xavier's High and Cloudnine Hospital, which are extremely nearby. Because of the premium security in communities such as M3M Golf Estate, I feel quite safe at night. I like WorldMark for amusement; the gorgeous manicured grounds are great. My investment provides very great rental returns. Less construction dust and improved street illumination on service lanes are all I desire. One's existence here is absolutely first-rate.

Positives: I live here, and my decision keeps me happy. The Golf Course Extension Road access is a real benefit. I enjoy going to M3M Urbana for food. I use Sector 55–56 Rapid Metro.

Negatives: I am frustrated about the traffic at peak hours. I want better road maintenance by the authorities.

Positives: I stay here mainly for my office work. I travel easily by cab and bike. I use Artemis Hospital nearby. I relax at Worldmark on weekends.

Negatives: However, I feel the rent is high. I face traffic jams, construction noise, and limited buses. I think the safety system needs better.

Positives: I live here with my family. I feel good in this area. I get a good rental yield. I love wide roads and greenery inside societies. I enjoy family dinners at M3M Urbana. I get smooth cab connectivity.

Negatives: I am very disappointed about traffic bottlenecks. I complain about dust. I miss a nearby government hospital.

Positives: I have good feelings about Sector 65. The connectivity to schools and hospitals is an advantage. I love the upcoming retail hubs. It will be beneficial.

Negatives: I think the greenery is limited here. I dislike the water scarcity and lack of late-night public transport in this locality.

Positives: I chose Sector 65 to live near my office at Spaze Business Park. My experiences were mostly positive due to the high-end security, wide roads, and proximity to leisure spots like Cyber Hub. It was a great highlight.

Negatives: However, I hated the frequent power cuts, poor drainage during rains, etc.

Positives: Here the rent appears to me to be rather expensive. I live near the Suncity Success Tower headquarters and W Pratiksha Hospital. Therefore my real experience is satisfactory. The neighbourhood seems very modern.

Negatives: Poor mobile signals, low water quality, and the absence of nearby budget markets also pose problems for me, though.
