I have been living in Taloja for many years now and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The railway station has made commuting easy for the local people along with other transport options.

It is a high-density area with affordable properties and Taloja is home to several industries. The locality has a very good connectivity to important areas like Kharghar and CBD Belapur. The MIDC road and Kalamboli road connects Taloja to Kharghar and Panvel. The neighbourhood is very good with a friendly atmosphere.

Positives: Compared with other Navi Mumbai neighbourhoods, Taloja provided very inexpensive housing, hence it was a smart decision for value. Commuting was easy particularly because of the proximity to the MIDC industrial centre for job security. The Taloja Panchnand railroad station and the new operational Taloja Metro Station on Line 1 were excellent. Among our required conveniences were Shree Sai Multispeciality Hospital and Radcliffe School, which greatly facilitated everyday living.

Negatives: The clear air pollution from the surrounding industrial zone. An erratic and inconsistent water source also needed immediate attention. Finally, in the industrial districts, I was quite let down by the growing issue of uncollected garbage and inadequate waste management.
