Again as per government norms electricity usage cannot go beyond 3 KW. So if you want 3 ACs installed in 2 BHK flat, rethink about it. Also every society asks for move in move out charges. In luxusry flats it is around 50 60K. Security is strict, there are always few people in every society who create mess.
