Signature Global Orchard Avenue has little units of 1 BHK and 2 BHK apartments which appear to be sufficient for modern living for proper arrangements of rooms. Buying a flat here is a decent decision for me. The expense of a 2 BHK 543 sqft flat is only 22.07 Lac.
