Positives: Chembur is with great connectivity through the Monorail, Eastern Freeway, and Santacruz Chembur Link Road. It has well rated schools like St. Gregorios and Loreto Convent, as well as well known hospitals like Shree Hospital and Chembur Nursing Home. The city is sprinkled with parks and recreational areas, making it a good place for families. In addition, Chembur boasts a strong cultural heritage, with active communities and festivals like Durga Puja hosted with vigor. Negatives: While having many strengths, Chembur also struggles with issues such as excessive traffic jams during rush hours, particularly around main junctions and markets. Moreover, locals have complained of periodic foul smells from nearby industrial processes, creating issues about air purity.

Positives: Chembur is one of the most historic areas in Mumbai, in my opinion. I have always lived here, and naturally, when more space was needed, I invested in the same neighborhood. RK Studios is one of the biggest landmarks that defined the area, although a star residential project has now come up on that land. The Mumbai Metro Line 2B could benefit the area in the future, while you can also access the SCLR, Eastern Freeway, and Chembur railway station for connectivity. Social amenities are very well-developed here indeed. Negatives: Parking space is the biggest problem, in my opinion. I feel there should be more spaces clearly demarcated by the authorities.

Positives: The first time I jumped off a local train at Chembur, I experienced its friendly, lived-in feel. I appreciate the great connectivity, Harbour Line trains and the Monorail begin here, and new metro and road connections are enhancing east-west travel. There are good schools, hospitals, parks, malls and increasing quality housing complexes here. I also appreciate nearby temples, community centres and fast bus connections to work. Local restaurants, bakeries and eateries make life convenient daily, and the neighbourhood feels secure. Negatives: I have experienced some occasional seasonal waterlogging during the heavy monsoons that can prolong commutes. But I truly say, Chembur provides me with space, convenience and a congenial neighbourhood, and my evening strolls in the park are a daily pleasure.

Positives: Residing in Chembur, Mumbai, has been an absolute delight as a homeowner. Connectivity here is excellent, with the Metro, railway, and the Eastern Freeway making it extremely convenient to get to other areas of the city, particularly business areas like BKC and Nariman Point. I also enjoy the cosmopolitan population. Life is very convenient on a day-to-day basis with schools, hospitals, supermarkets, and restaurants all within reach. One of the highlights is the street food market; from tasty Sindhi food to popular places such as Jhama Sweets. Diamond Garden's greenery provides a welcome touch. Negatives: The only problem I sometimes face is traffic jams during peak hours, but with so many advantages, Chembur is actually a wonderful place to reside in.

Positives: In my book, Chembur is a game-changer place. It is a great location, centrally positioned with excellent connectivity to quite literally all major business areas like BKC and Lower Parel, due to the Eastern Freeway and SCLR. The social life is fantastic as well. I have everything I require within walking distance, from highly rated schools to hospitals and lots of markets and restaurants. The green area is a major plus point; it feels like an oasis in the midst of Mumbai. Negatives: My only complaint about the region would be the air. It's a genuine concern with all the refineries nearby, and it's something you just really have to learn to live with here.

Positives: I always inform my clients, if you want a place that's well connected to everything, that place is Chembur. The Eastern Express Highway and Eastern Freeway make travelling such an ease, and on top of that, everyone in the area has the Monorail right in front. The area is established, with ample good schools, hospitals, and shopping malls. It's an apt combination of new and old, with greenery all around and a strong community feel. I like this area for all these benefits. Negatives: I am just being honest with my clients that there is a matter of air quality. Being near the industrial area it is a disadvantage, something to be considered. Otherwise, it's a great option.

I had been living at Chembur in Mumbai for 4 years as a tenant with my family. The local people are helpful and the outsiders feel homely here. The place is well maintained by the authority and all basic facilities like schools, colleges, hospitals, bus stops, and medicine shops are nearby. The connectivity of this place with the other places in the city is good enough.

Chembur is a decent place in Mumbai for living with family. The lifestyle and necessary services are good in this place. This place is comfortable and has well-maintained parks for the elderly people and also kids can play there. This place has a low pollution rate with good security services. The parks are well maintained by the authority and the environment is clean and hygienic. The roads are well maintained and well lit with many parking areas.

This place is good for living with all kinds of basic amenities available. I have been living here for 6 years with my family in my own house. This place is well connected with other parts of the city. In Chembur, people can access schools, colleges, clinics, local shops as well as supermarkets nearby. The security is good in this place and the local people are warm and welcoming in nature.
