Grand Omaxe in Sector 93B Noida is a big residential society right on the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway. The location is very convenient for people working in Noida or Delhi and has good road connectivity. Inside the campus the towers are well spaced out and there is a lot of greenery which gives it a peaceful feel.
The flats here are spacious and well planned with good ventilation and sunlight. The society has all major amenities like clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, kids’ play area, sports courts and good security. Maintenance of common areas is generally decent but some residents have mentioned issues like seepage or water in basements during rains which the management is trying to fix.
Daily needs stores, schools and hospitals are nearby and you can reach malls and metro within a short drive. The community is active with families and working professionals, and regular activities are organised. Overall, Grand Omaxe offers a good lifestyle with a mix of greenery, facilities and connectivity, though a bit more attention on maintenance would make it even better.

Connectivity wise it's a great place in Gurgaon. It's well connected to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and sector 137 metro station. The Biodiversity Park of Noida is very close to Sector 93B. I go every day to the Gardens Galleria Mall which is also close to the township. I benefited from the Yatharth super facility hospital which is nearby my apartment.
