Investing in this place was a wise decision for me. The project's location in a rapidly developing area and the reputation assure me of excellent returns in the future.
This project is top on my recommendations as a consultant, given the locational advantages at Borivali East and luxurious set-ups. It provides well-ventilated greens and other sophisticated amenities.
This is one of the best societies in borivali east. Oberoi Sky City the name itself serves luxury. Just opposite to Western express Highway and very quickly connectivity
Though the facilities are excellent, the high living cost and maintenance are slightly expensive for a tenant like me.
The well-planned flats space and location near the Western Express Highway ensure easy commuting. I'm glad I shifted here.
I was impressed with the architecture and facilities when I visited Oberoi Sky City. However, the launch price of ₹4.96 Cr for a 3 BHK will cost me too much.
