Negatives: Nothing much to say on this aspect, but yes, cost of living has gone up as the area has become more and more posh.

Negatives: Honestly, the only little catch I ever find myself is the traffic jam during the dead peak hours. But otherwise, Kondapur provides an unbeatable mix of contemporary living.

Negatives: I must say that I frequently experience parking shortfalls in older buildings, so I advise them to check covered parking before committing.
