Lotus Panache in Sector 110 is a very big society with lots of greenery and open space. Flats are spacious and have good sunlight and ventilation. The location is nice – right near the Expressway and not far from metro stations, schools, hospitals and markets. There is also a big clubhouse, swimming pool, gym and play areas which look very good on paper.
At the same time, there are some issues to be aware of. Maintenance is not up to the mark in many towers, lifts often break down and residents have to pay extra for some facilities even after high maintenance charges. There have also been some disputes inside the society which have made news. Construction quality in some flats is average and needs regular repair.
