    As a renter, I find great happiness living in Sector 67. My opinion is that the main benefit of this region is the opulent high-rise way of life just on Golf Course Extension Road. For me, the short distance to my workplace in the nearby tech parks helps most. My daily commute is via the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro station. Park Hospital is a recommendation for any medical requirement. Because it saves me a lot of travel time, I rent just for professional reasons. With rents on the higher side, I would say the neighborhood is not particularly cheap. The building dust from fresh projects bugs me. The absence of public streetlights is the major area requiring upgrading.

    On Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 67 provides the most current living. Living close to major business centers such M3M Urbana, in my opinion, gives my customers a great work-life advantage. I recommend this place for the excellent reach to the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro. Families seem to love nearby Park Hospital's care as well as top schools like VIBGYOR High. Because gated townships provide high-end security, I believe the area is rather safe for women late at night. Evening gatherings are welcome in the lovely manicured parks and nearby commercial centers. I see the rental return here is rather good. Flooding during storms and absence of public lighting need urgent care, though.

    My Sector 67 lifestyle is really appealing since it strikes me as very modern and classy. My trip is quite rapid thanks to the Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road. Hence my experience is excellent. Everyone should visit this neighbourhood, as Park Hospital and VIBGYOR High School are very near and beneficial. Because of the rigorous security in gated neighbourhoods, I feel especially safe for women in my family at night. I like the nice green parks and the lively atmosphere at M3M Urbana shopping. High rental returns from corporate tenants make my investment clearly worth it. Still, I wish for more street lighting on service roads and fewer power outages. Here is my best choice of life.

The environment inside the society is clean, secure, and family-friendly with 24/7 security, ample parking, and well-maintained parks.     Positives: I am a contented tiny renter in Section 67. The local attraction M3M 65th Avenue and the Urbana Mall provide the uniqueness of the locality. Although it is a prominent hub of New Gurgaon, it is not centrally placed in the old city. I feel the rents for the area provided are really excessive, even though the flats are lovely. Proximity to Sohna Road and the Sector 55–56 Metro station are the main advantages. Regarding health, Sparsh Hospital seems to be very well-known here. PVR at Elan Town Centre is among the excellent entertainment choices.

    Negative

    Negatives: Certain desolate areas at night, though, are known for phone snatching. Better public transportation frequency and a revamped drainage system would be much appreciated.

    Positives: I am somewhat of a cheerful inhabitant, therefore I want to call attention to the great development Sector 67 is undergoing. The modern architecture and wide roadways make it, in my judgement, a great place to live. Having top institutions like St Xavier's High School close by helps my kids greatly, in my opinion. For morning strolls, I find the verdant parks within the civilisations to be the greatest. Every line of my visit here betrays a good standard of life.

    Negatives: I do, however, have some criticisms to bring. We genuinely lack a decent public community center and a government bank branch in this region. The occasional lack of water in peak summer is a service that also requires improvement.

    Positives: As a happy and content owner, I really adore this neighborhood for my family. I believe Section 67 provides calm living in the city best-placed location. My encounter with emergency facilities like Ektaa Hospital has been quite comforting. I believe daily residents will benefit from the connection to local buses and the Rapid Metro. Because restaurants like Castle's Barbeque and stores like Airia Mall are all only a short distance away, I find this area very practical.

    Negatives: Every day I find the traffic jams at the Badshahpur intersection to be quite annoying. To enable easier traffic flow, this significant issue requires prompt action by the traffic authorities.

    Positives: The rich lifestyle and the vast open roads appealed most to me. The simple access to Sohna Road and the Southern Peripheral Road provided me great advantages. Because it was my preferred coffee hangout, I spent my free time at M3M Urbana. Very near to my home, I labored near the Badshahpur IT centre. I had confidence in the instruction at Delhi Public School as well as in Park Hospital's medical services. For my family, I believed the gated community was quite secure. Often I appreciated the vegetation in the parks close by.

    Negatives: I couldn't stand the heavy traffic during busy times. I believed the public transit had to be urgently upgraded.

    Positives: Hubs on Sohna Road are nearby. The premium vibe and proximity of Sector 67 to elite schools like DPS International define its main asset. I travel around Gurgaon very simply utilising the local cabs and the Rapid Metro at Sector 55-56. I like that for my grocery shopping I may go to M3M Urbana or Omaxe Celebration Mall for a film. Although I appreciate the green in the gated communities, I believe the public parks nearby might be better kept.

    Negatives: The dearth of late-night public transportation and periodic security issues near the unapproved. I believe they ought to enhance evening police surveillance and road quality. More local marketplaces are definitely required.

    Positives: A top option nearby is the Extension Road from the golf course. I believe that the modern high-rise environment would greatly benefit all inhabitants. For emergencies, I enjoy my closeness to the neighbouring Medanta Hospital. For my children, my encounters with schools such as VIBGYOR High have been rather good. The Sector 55–56 Rapid Metro station close by is where I get my travel perks. Though I believe the area is safe, my expected rental yield is underperforming.

    Negatives: I am let down by the expensive maintenance and bad water quality. My suggestion is to brighten the dark spots and restore the degraded service roads. Too much dust from the adjacent building bothers me.

    Positives: A significant benefit for this region is connectivity to the Golf Course Extension Road. Having Park Hospital and several clinics close by was really beneficial for my family's health needs. Every time I had to go toward Delhi, I drove native vehicles to get to the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro station. Most evenings, I either hung around Urbana's corporate center or Airia Mall.

    Negative

    Negatives: The bad condition of the internal roads and continuous waterloggedness after even a little rain disappointed me very much. The living experience suffered significantly from inadequate street lights and sluggish waste pickup. I think the authorities should start work on the drainage system right away and increase night security.
