I suggest the Botanical Garden Metro and the Sector 46 Market for clients. I also recommend Amity International School and Kailash Hospital. But the area has limited shopping zones and peak-hour traffic needing upgrades.

I see a high rental return for my investors here. Seasonal waterlogging and peak-hour congestion at crossings, though, really have to be addressed.
