Positives: I have been residing in Dwarka Mor for roughly two years now. The metro connectivity here is really first class, with the Blue Line station making my journey to work extremely convenient. Also, the affordable living costs and all the local markets, be it groceries or electronics, make it a wonderful place for me. Negatives: The only thing I would alter is the configuration of the streets. They are a bit too narrow and sometimes become too crowded, making it really tough to find a good parking spot.

Positives: I really appreciate this place. Hiranandani Gardens and Powai Lake make nights peaceful. IIT Bombay and Hiranandani Business Park have brought companies like CRISIL and TCS, so work is within commuting distance. Dr L.H. Hiranandani Hospital and good schools (Bombay Scottish, Podar) are close at hand, and malls such as Galleria and R City are a short drive away. Negatives: The rent is too high. There's limited parking, and waterlogging occurs during the heavy monsoon. Air quality in certain pockets may be poor.

Positives: It's an excellent location. We have all the facilities around us, from good schools to great cafes and the lovely Powai Lake. With proximity to IIT Bombay and the IT sector, there are enough job opportunities as well. Negatives: The traffic at this location is a huge issue. It gets extremely bad during rush hours. The living expenses here are also pretty high, and getting a decent parking place in most cases is an enormous problem.

Positives: It is wonderful to live in Powai since it's a high-end neighbourhood with all the facilities. There are excellent schools for my children, and I also enjoy the proximity to the shopping malls and Powai Lake. This locality is really family oriented. Negatives: I wish the public transportation were improved, and the traffic jam is really a nightmare during rush hour. There should also be improved waste management.

Positives: It is great place for living in Powai since it's a posh locality and an IT hub with plenty of job opportunities. It has great connectivity, and it's very convenient to live near the airport. I love this place. Drawbacks: Prices of property and rentals are very high. Traffic is heavy, particularly during rush hour, and public transport could be improved.
