I trust Kailash Hospital and DPS nearby. I feel rents are reasonable. My suggestions are better parking rules and smoother internal roads.

I work here as a broker. My experiences show strong resale demand in this locality. I suggest Sector 19 for central Noida living. I highlight Sector 18 Metro connectivity. Apollo Hospital, ICARE Eye Hospital, and others are near this locality. I point out traffic congestion and limited new supply as drawbacks of this locality.

For the great trek to the Sector 16 Metro station, I advise this place. Families like the nearby Marigold Public School and top care at IndoGulf Hospital. Because the streets are bright and busy, I believe the area to be rather secure for women at night. For fresh air, I enjoy the neighbourhood parks. Due to office demand, the rental yield is quite great. Still, the limited lanes and parking mess have to be addressed. This location is very central located.
