Positives: We have Goregaon railway station, Metro Line 2A, and easy connectivity to Western Express Highway & SV Road. St. John Universal, Mt. Mary, and SRV Hospital schools are in the vicinity. Inorbit, Oberoi big malls for recreational activities in the vicinity. Green havens such as Aarey are not too far away. There are a variety of housing options ranging from small 1 BHKs to high end 4 to 5 BHKs. Negatives: First, traffic & congestion particularly peak hour on main roads & Link Road travel times tend to be long. Second, waterlogging & drainage worst during monsoons low lying areas get waterlogged heavily, even near popular spots.

Positives: This is really a great place because you are in the middle of everything. We have unparalleled connectivity, with the nearest local railway station right here, and we have good connectivity to both Link Road and the Western Express Highway. And for social living, we have it all, such as Oberoi Mall, good hospitals like Siddharth, and good schools at the top are all within reach. It is always happening here, and I feel extremely secure here due to well-lit roads and visible patrolling. Negatives: Road traffic is an absolute nightmare, particularly during rush hour in the morning and evening, resulting in short journeys with long delays. Most importantly, since the region is naturally low-lying geographically. We have a serious problem with road flooding and waterlogging during the heavy monsoon months.

Positives: I think we get the best of urban city life without losing convenience. The connectivity is brilliant, you have the Western Express Highway, the SV Road, and the railway station next door, and that makes my travels so convenient. With the new Metro line that has opened up, connectivity can only improve! It's really an upcoming commercial and IT hub, which provides the entire region with such a lively, secure, and upbeat vibe. Convenience factor is certainly five-star. Even eating out for dinner is easy since everything is so near. Negatives: One area that the locality can definitely improve is the unavoidable traffic jam on Link Road during rush hours, but really, that's just living in a big, fast-developing Mumbai suburb.

Positives: I have been staying in Goregaon West for more than 25 years, and it has improved for the good. This locality is now a complete package deal. I can go walking to the local market for fresh produce or drive a little to a large mall such as Inorbit for my weekend excursion and movie. The connectivity is an added advantage with two metro stations and the Goregaon local train station. There are schools and hospitals right here, which is a big plus for my family. Overall, the atmosphere here is very safe and family-oriented. Negatives: The only small thing I do not like every now and then is the older buildings. Many of them are getting redeveloped, which is fantastic for new amenities. It also generates some construction dust.

Positives: I always inform my customers that this location is like an independent mini-city. I observe well-designed residential apartments, good roads, and excellent open spaces. I usually emphasise having big malls such as Oberoi Mall, recreational points, and numerous restaurants that make the weekends relaxed and enjoyable. I mention that schools, hospitals, and banks are in the vicinity. I also observe that the area is well linked with access to the Western Express Highway and local railway stations, so commuting becomes easier. The green patches and developed parks add a soothing touch despite proximity to the busy life of Mumbai. Negatives: I noted that certain areas of this area still experience infrequent waterlogging during heavy rainfall. Therefore, I believe it is something to note.
