    Considering the connectivity factor, the price wasn't too high for me in Sunteck City Avenue 4. It also provides ample space for efficient design. One can buy an apartment of 3 BHK 968 Sq. Ft. at 2.29 Cr. And it seems open enough to me because of its efficient design.
