Among the first-rate facilities are an infinity pool, gym, party lawn, meditation platform, etc. Ram Mandir Railway Station is very near, and major routes such JVLR and the Western Express Highway are easily accessible. For medical care, Kokilaben Hospital and other respectable institutions are nearby. Daily-needs retail inside the community is still constrained, though.
