I selected Goregaon West mostly for investment. I was most drawn to Sunteck's township concept. Based on previous projects, I believe the builder performance is dependable. Strong rental demand in the region results from nearby companies. Family tenants are supported by schools, hospitals, and shopping centres. Safety in this area seems to match normal traffic and security. I am not remaining here at the present. Long-term holding with rental revenue is my approach. My worry is that outside the project, local civic services need quicker repair work. Road surface and drainage should improve. The neighborhood would become far more liveable for the people once these are repaired.
