I select this neighborhood and Mayfair Breeze since Andheri's rental yield is The western suburbs offer West at the top level. The dual-wing structure and high-speed elevators fascinate me most. I have a very good opinion of the contractor since their quick completion of the RCC work was outstanding. Essential services provided by hospitals like Bluebell and schools like Bombay Cambridge are very near. My plan for investment is to keep this unit for long-term capital appreciation. Late-night travellers find excellent security in this area. Finally, the dust from the current infrastructure projects close by is my main worry. As I am awaiting final possession, I am not now a resident.
