Andheri West's buzzing, small life and simple access to everything I appreciated during my brief stay. Streets felt active but safe. My go-to weekend destinations were the Versova cafés and shopping lanes of Lokhandwala. For sunset strolls, I frequently drove to Juhu beach. DN Nagar metro, Metro Line 2A/7 corridors, Andheri railway, and Western Express Highway nearby provided for easy daily commutes. Many coworking facilities, corporate headquarters and studios abound around the neighborhood, thus job was nearby. There were several hospitals and clinics available, hence medical care was quick. Local markets and malls catered to daily needs. Neighbours were warm. My living was both secure and pleasant. One area requiring enhancement was daytime traffic and roadside parking control on major routes during rush hours.

Having been Andheri West resident, I like its easygoing atmosphere. My trip has been made so much easier due to the Mumbai Metro Line 2A; the mainline station and major roads mean I am never far from anywhere. Walking around the neighbourhood, particularly in areas like Lokhandwala and Versova, I feel secure with numerous schools, hospitals, and malls are nearby, which is really reassuring. The combination of chilled-beachy Versova evenings and the vibrant market shopping in the daytime is what appeals to me most. The only thing I would change is the drainage and road-condition under severe rains; the area copes with day-to-day very effectively but the monsoon may get sloppy.

Andheri West is highly suggested. With fast connections to Juhu and the airport, metro and suburban rail access, this western neighborhood provides premium living. Life is made easy by upscale eateries, exciting nightlife, boutique stores, good hospitals and reputable schools. The corporate and entertainment presence supports a high demand for rentals. Average rent is about ninety to one hundred rupees per square foot, whereas average sale price is roughly thirty-eight thousand five hundred rupees per square foot. Three to five percent gross yields are typical. Steady appreciation is driven by new amenities and redevelopment. One area to work on is preservation of seaside green belts and increased public parks. I support it among the best choices.

Positives: Andheri West is by far the best Mumbai rental place I have used. Having the Versova Metro and Andheri station so close helps my daily journey very smooth since the connectivity is excellent. Furthermore, the Lokhandwala Market, top restaurants, and shopping like Infinity keep the region bustling around every day. One great bonus is finding nearby premium hospitals and institutions such as Kokilaben. Living here is truly a lively and safe neighborhood.

Negatives: Managing trip times is absolutely critical given the severe peak evening traffic congestion. Finding appropriate guest parking is also a major problem here. Limited room abounds in most homes and streets, therefore difficult when family or guests arrive.

Positive: Selecting Andheri West was a no-brainer due to its phenomenal location and social hotspot status, particularly for working professionals. The Versova–Ghatkopar metro rail and Andheri railway station enabled quick and easy travel through the city. Around-the-clock essential services abounded with Kokilaben Hospital and St. Louis Convent School within reach, as well as the bustling Lokhandwala market for all essentials.

Negative: There were some old sections of the area that had extremely poor waste management, such that garbage built up on some of the roads. In addition, there was the ever-present problem of illegal parking along most areas, which caused a considerable reduction in road space for vehicles and pedestrians.

See, I feel that Andheri West is arguably a perfect place to stay. There are multiple housing options here, while we also love hanging out at the Infiniti Mall nearby. Multiple restaurants, boutiques, malls, theatres, and other entertainment zones are nearby, which ensure a great lifestyle. Also, there are many reputed schools and healthcare centres nearby, while the Metro Line 1, railway station, and major roads make it a well-connected area as well. The SEEPZ and MIDC are also pretty accessible, while the airport is nearby. Apart from the poor drainage system, there’s a lot to like about this locality.

Andheri West feels like a movie hub, with Yash Raj Films and many other media companies situated here. Also, the nightlife and recreation circuits are pretty well-developed in Andheri West. So, you’ve got all the pubs, eateries, cultural hangouts, and more. Prithvi Theatre is nearby, while Link Road is home to several malls and shopping centers. Versova Beach is also nearby, while all other social amenities are readily available. I find it a great place to stay in Mumbai, with all the facilities at my fingertips.

Waterlogging is a key issue in the neighbourhood. This has to be promptly fixed by the authorities to prevent vehicle damage.

Positives: Andheri West is my place of residence and I chose this place due to the excellent Western Line railway connectivity and then Metro Line 1, which makes commuting throughout Mumbai so convenient. The area is replete with emergency hospitals such as Criticare and Nanavati. The best thing about it is the cosmopolitan culture and newly accessible beaches around Versova.

Negatives: The atrocious parking conditions and the growing lack of available space. The streets are always gridlocked with traffic and illegally parked cars, which requires some urgent attention. Also, although the Metro is excellent, I often lose mobile phone signal when I'm underground, which is a big issue when urgent requirement is needed.

Positives: My family and I have been renting in Andheri West for years. Its accessibility is unmatched with the Metro Line 1 and Andheri Railway Station, which makes my daily commute extremely convenient. I walk freely at night because it has well-lit streets. My personal favourite is the high lifestyle quotient, with Lokhandwala Market, Versova Beach, and Infiniti Mall nearby.

Negatives: Traffic snarls, particularly at peak hours, and parking is always a squeeze. I am seriously worried about the creaky drainage system because waterlogging, especially during the monsoon at the Andheri subway, becomes really bad and requires immediate attention. Improved waste management on some of the inner roads is another area I really want the BMC to mend.

If you want to stay in a glamorous neighbourhood, then Andheri West is definitely for you! I love how it makes me feel like staying in an exclusive area, with so many movie and television celebrities staying here. There is the posh Lokhandwala zone and its bustling Lokhandwala Market, which is a wonderful place to shop and spend time. You can take the Mumbai Metro Line 1 and major roads like SV Road and WEH for your commute. Public transportation facilities, cafes, restaurants, pubs, and shopping malls everything you need is available at your fingertips. My only issue is the potholed roads in some stretches; it does not go well with such a premium locality.

Positives: I love living in Andheri West, and I can say it has an urban city feel. It is near business districts, shopping roads, and entertainment areas. Metro, local trains, and buses facilitate ease of travel. I like parks and avenue trees for walking in the evenings. Lots of young professionals and families like to rent here due to connectivity and lifestyle. Restaurants, malls, and hospitals are easily accessible.

Negatives: I do have a few areas that could be improved. Roads become clogged during rush hour and parking spaces are scarce. Some inner lanes are rough and in need of maintenance. Some commercial sections get noisy late at night. Despite that, I gladly suggest Andheri West for its vibrancy and central location.

Andheri West has become a very posh area in the recent years. This has a lot to do with the fact that it is home to several premium real estate projects. Also, you can reach the Versova Beach in less than 10 minutes, while the WEH and SV Road are both accessible from here. You can easily reach the international airport without breaking a sweat, while the metro access is also readily available. So, connectivity and commute-wise, there are very few areas in Mumbai with this kind of infrastructure. Social amenities are also top-class, since you can easily access the prime Lokhandwala Market, malls, schools, hospitals, and whatnot!

There are two main problems with Andheri West. The first one is waterlogging, which happens every year, while the second one is the potholed roads that make driving through the area slightly nightmarish.

I start my day in Andheri West and like its busy, mid-town feel. Lokhandwala, Versova and Juhu are just around the corner so locals have shopping, cafes and beaches within easy drives. DN Nagar Metro and the Metro 2A, 7 corridor provide quick reliable connections throughout the western suburbs. The Western Express Highway and local transport make city and airport travel convenient. Andheri West is home to numerous offices, studios and shopping centers so jobs available. Schools, hospitals and malls are within walking distance. Tree-lined roads and tiny parks bring nature to congested streets. The prices are high but worth it by location and amenities. I would suggest Andheri West for professionals and families seeking city life. Two areas for improvement are congestion due to heavy traffic and parking demand.

Andheri West is a dream place to stay in, if you’re looking for connectivity, lifestyle, and convenience, in that order. Metro, railway, major roads, highway- everything you want is within the area itself. Also, the airport is close by, and so are the top hospitals like Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani, Seven Hills, etc. There are many reputed schools and colleges in my neighbourhood, while I love shopping and dining at the nearby Fun Republic Mall. Also, the Lokhandwala Market is nearby, and you will simply love the bustling vibe here. Everything you want is available at your fingertips here.

I think that the authorities should work on removing the road potholes and fixing the waterlogging problem. One more thing- the Andheri railway station is hugely crowded every day. This should be looked into by the civic authorities.

Andheri West is ideal for those who are looking for a high-quality lifestyle in Mumbai. It has excellent connectivity to the airport (just 20 minutes away) and, of course, the Mumbai Metro Line 1. This connects Versova and Ghatkopar, along with many other places. At the same time, the SV Road and the WEH are major thoroughfares that I use regularly to commute to my workplace. The Andheri railway station is another connectivity hub in the area. I find it to be one of the best-connected Mumbai neighbourhoods, even today. Of course, it’s got a bustling film and television crowd as well, with YRF, Balaji, and many other studios located here. So that adds a unique vibe to the place.

My only issue with Andheri West is that the potholes can not only aggravate the traffic congestion problem, but also lead to mishaps at times.

See, I really love living in Andheri West. I mean, the lifestyle that I get here is absolutely top-class! Who does not like the short drive to the Versova Beach from here? It’s just like 5-6 minutes from where I stay. Hence, it’s my everyday jogging spot in the morning. I also like doing some yoga on the beach, whenever I can. In the evenings, I often go there to hang out with my friends, taste the local street food, and basically watch the sunset. This is one of the biggest privileges of life, and of course, being able to stay within 20-25 minutes of the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport is another privilege. I don’t have to worry about traffic jams and flight misses! That’s my takeaway, and the rest is all fine.

I've had my property in Andheri West for fifteen years now, and the active, central location is really unbeatable. The fantastic east-west connectivity via Metro Line 1 and heavy traffic roads such as Link Road and SV Road makes travelling just effortless. The whole locality is a bustling hotbed for the entertainment and IT sectors, offering massive professional potential right at our doorstep. With good schools and large malls such as Infinity, all facilities are easily accessible and the area is very secure. For our future quality of life, the principal change required is a lasting solution to the bad drainage system that unfortunately leads to waterlogging on major stretches during the wet monsoon.

I did like my time in Andheri West, although I moved out for certain personal reasons. The Andheri railway station is present here, while I used to access both the southern and northern parts of Mumbai from the locality. The Metro Line 1 station is also there now, while Line 2A will be helpful for linking to Dahisar East from DN Nagar. Both the SV Road and the WEH can be accessed from here, while the airport’s domestic and international terminals are also pretty nearby. So, connectivity-wise, it’s a dream locality to stay in. There are plenty of studios here, along with nightlife options, retail stores, malls like the Citi and Infinity Mall, and several top educational and healthcare institutions. Several parks and green zones are also here, along with access to the Versova Beach, which used to be my hangout spot. The only drawback is the heavy traffic and the potholed roads.

Positives: We have been residents around Versova for centuries, and Andheri West is the hub of all. With Metro Line 1, the Western Express Highway, and the Andheri Railway Station, reaching any office center, such as BKC or SEEPZ, is convenient. It's lively, secure, filled with wonderful restaurants, shopping malls, and high-end hospitals like Kokilaben. This place is surely the ideal mix of residential life and Mumbai's legendary energy.

Negatives: Tthe traffic jams during rush hours are quite a headache and bring everything to a halt. Also, the drainage system requires a major improvement, since waterlogging in heavy monsoons occurs frequently in low-lying areas. Finally, waste management on certain inner roads could be significantly improved.

Positives: I am so fortunate to have an apartment here at Andheri West. The Metro Line 1 and Andheri Station facilitate travel so easily, and the proximity of the iconic Versova Beach and the trendy Lokhandwala Complex gives it an unbeatable lifestyle. Great medical centers like Kokilaben Hospital and the ease of access to the entertainment center really make this place so sought after.

Negatives: But, I wish the continuous vertical expansion of new towers were planned a bit better. The old water and sewage pipes, is creaking under the pressures of the fast growing population. And we must also correct the defective drainage system as some places still retain rain water too much during the monsoons.

Positives: When I lived in Andheri West, I enjoyed its active way of life and great connectivity. The Andheri Railway Station, Versova Metro, and Western Express Highway ensured commuting was hassle free. Shopping centers like Infiniti Mall and Crystal Point, and close-by markets, were accessible. Schools like Ryan Global and Bhavan's Institute, and hospitals like Seven Hills and Kokilaben ensured daily needs were met. Parks and cafes contributed to the social atmosphere.

Negatives: Still, monsoon waterlogging, potholes, illegal parking, traffic congestion, poor waste management, and lack of open recreational spaces were problems. Barring these, Andheri West was safe, secure, and well linked, although basic infrastructure, drainage, traffic regulation, parking, waste management, and public spaces were lacking.

It is fun and convenient to live in Andheri West. I like the cosmopolitan blend of residential and commercial areas, with excellent proximity to Andheri Railway Station, Versova Metro, and the airport. Infiniti Mall, Citi Mall, and Crystal Point are a delight to shop at, while restaurants and cafes nearby keep the dining vibrant. Schools such as Ryan Global and St. Louis Convent, and hospitals such as Kokilaben and Seven Hills, ease living for families. Roads such as SV Road and Western Express Highway enhance connectivity. While traffic during rush hours and periodic waterlogging during monsoons can improve, Andheri West is safe, lively, and one of the most sought-after places to stay in Mumbai.

Positives: Andheri West area has developed wonderfully. It has everything, be it the vibrant Lokhandwala Market or Versova Beach for sunset walks. Connectivity is great with the Western Express Highway, metro station, and the Andheri railway station close by. The area is teeming with good schools, health centres, and many cafes & hip restaurants, so it is ideal for working professionals and families. The property market here remains dynamic and promising.

Negatives: A few inner roads still suffer from drainage problems, poor parking facilities in older buildings, increasing rents, and occasional water scarcity. And traffic becomes atrocious during peak hours, and monsoon waterlogging occurs.

Positives: It was like a dream come true to finally have a flat here in Andheri West, and quite honestly, the location is an ideal residential area. I just adore the happening, upscale lifestyle and the great social life, with the Lokhandwala Complex located nearby, which has excellent markets and restaurants. Connectivity is very good, with the Metro Line 1 (Versova-Ghatkopar) and the Western Express Highway, making city travel convenient. And we also have world-class healthcare a few minutes away.

Negatives: I need to point out three big things that require immediate attention from the civic body. The inefficient waste management system on certain smaller roads and the absence of specific recycling facilities really impact the cleanliness of the neighbourhood. Secondly, the drainage system requires an overall overhaul. Finally, certain residential pockets still experience problems with illegal parking.

Positives: Andheri West is certainly a high-end place to rent. The cherry on top is the strong connectivity, with the Versova Metro and the Andheri Railway Station, that takes me anywhere in no time. I have excellent social infrastructure around me. The area has different hospitals such as Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani, to shopping malls like Infinity and lively places like Lokhandwala.

Negatives: But a couple of municipal services require a marked improvement in this area. First, there is a severe problem of waterlogging during the monsoon as a result of the weak drainage system. Second, there are reports of poor garbage management on a few internal roads that require greater care from the authorities. Third, there's rampant illegal parking in most places, occupying public space.

Positives: Having called Andheri West home for a few years, I can certainly vouch for the fact that it's among the most happening and well-connected areas in Mumbai. The region is well-connected, with the Andheri railway station and several metro lines, such as the recently opened Aqua Line, providing convenient travel options within the city. It has several shopping malls such as Infinity Mall and Citi Mall, various dining venues, and entertainment centers such as Versova Beach and the Andheri Sports Complex. It also has prestigious educational establishments and medical centers, providing a luxurious lifestyle. Nonetheless, the area can do with better waste management systems and more green areas to make it an even more habitable place to live.

Positives: I adore Andheri West as my residence. I adore the lively way of life this place has to offer. My apartment is near the metro and local train station, so traveling all over Mumbai is convenient. The area has good schools, hospitals, malls such as Infinity and Oberoi Mall, and many cafes and restaurants, so daily life is convenient and entertaining. Streets are well planned, and weekend walks along Juhu or Versova are rejuvenating. New housing complexes are contemporary and safe. Property prices are steep but are worth paying for the convenience and neighborhood atmosphere. I believe improved traffic management and better pedestrian areas would make it even more desirable. Overall, Andheri West is a highly satisfactory place to reside.

Positives: I am really in touch with the city's rhythm. I enjoy the fact that the locality is self-contained with great social infrastructure, with the best hospitals, such as Kokilaben. The connectivity is the best: Metro Line 1 and Western Express Highway ensure easy travelling within the city, and closeness to the entertainment complex of Lokhandwala keeps life lively and exciting. It is an excellent place to reside.

Negatives: The actuality of living here is endless frustration. I am tired of the atrocious traffic jam during rush hour on Link Road. Secondly, there is poor drainage so there is massive water logging during the monsoon each and every year. Thirdly, illegal parking on the road is widespread, which drastically minimises road space and makes it impossible to find space nearby my building.

Positives: I relocated to Andheri West for job and appreciate its happening, well-linked atmosphere. I prefer convenient proximity to Andheri station, metro and buses, good schools and hospitals, plenty of cafes, boutiques and malls (Infinity, Lokhandwala area), Versova beach for evening strolls, film studios and creative office spaces around. I also prefer quick grocery trips and efficient delivery services that save time and are friendly vendors.

Negatives: High property prices and rents are issues of concern. Endless building and nightlife sounds in areas are issues too. Environmental issues such as mangrove erosion and fewer genuinely public open spaces, and waterlogging or waste issues seasonally in some alleys are drawback points. In spite of these, I am glad to remain due to convenience, safety and social life.

Positives: One summer, I had been in Andheri West for decades, and I had enjoyed its vibrant locality and proximity to Versova beach and busy malls. There were good schools, hospitals and supermarkets around, and the metro and railway station facilitated longer journeys. I liked cafes, community parks and diverse housing ranging from old chawls to new towers.

Negatives: But the residents there had some genuine issues. I experienced regular waterlogging in the subway and low areas during the monsoon. Residents had poor parking. Undisputed commercial expansion minimised open spaces and maximised noise. I also feared ecological harm to adjacent mangroves and ageing civic infrastructure. Nevertheless, I retained pleasant memories of evening strolls by the beach.

Positives: This is such a lovely place to stay! I had purchased my flat back when Metro was still an urban legend, and to have witnessed this zone boom is incredible. Andheri West is a central location because we have Metro 1 for fast cross-city commutes, and we are also well-surrounded by excellent social infrastructure, such as Lokhandwala Market, Prithvi Theatre, and medical institutes such as Kokilaben.

Negatives: It's great to live here, but we certainly have some growing pains. The largest one is the very high cost of living. From property taxes to everyday expenses, everything seems to be extremely high these days. Another chronic problem is the absence of dedicated, sufficient public parking spaces. Lastly, the aged municipal infrastructure creaks under monsoon rains, and we continue to experience waterlogging near the subway.

Andheri West is definitely a good place to stay. The value appreciation that we have got in the last decade has been tremendous, to say the least. Also, I will recommend the Lokhandwala Complex, if you have the budget. All major film stars live here, with big festivals and all. In fact, we are regular members of the Durga Puja organised each year in the complex by a famous celebrity. Versova and its beach are within a touching distance as well, while plenty of markets where you can bargain all you want!

The traffic jams and crowds are the major issues in this locality, in my opinion. Also, the roads have been dug up repeatedly and take time to be rebuilt.

Andheri West has always been a premium area due to its location. My entire family is here, although I have moved out in search of a quieter lifestyle. This is typical and crazy Mumbai that you will love, at least when you are young. There are several bustling markets, shopping complexes, restaurants, and everything else you can want. Then there is the SV Road and Highway nearby, which people take every day to reach the office. So, from a property investment standpoint, the area ticks all the boxes.

I think the traffic is becoming a nightmare, and so many people are crowding the area. These are things that made me move to a location beyond the city. I just want some relief from the honking, cars, and crowds.

Positives: In all honesty, life in Andheri West was pure fun, though it was only for a while. It was so convenient with the Metro, local railway station, and Western Express Highway in close proximity, that the entire city, including the airport, felt within easy reach. And with the entertainment and media studios around, not to mention fantastic nightlife venues such as Lokhandwala, the entire region ended up feeling alive and always active. Negatives: Nevertheless, the glamour had some drawbacks. The two significant drawbacks were certainly the expense and the traffic. Rent rates were ridiculously high, and the sheer volume of people everywhere rendered it extremely noisy. Worse still, the traffic jams during peak periods along SV Road were a nightmare, and I always had trouble finding any legal street parking.

Positives: I recently began renting in the vicinity of DN Nagar, and I really appreciate the convenience of life here in Andheri West. The biggest advantages are the number of food, shopping, and entertainment options. I feel like something is always going on. Add to that the hassle-free connectivity through the Metro and Western Railway, which makes travelling to work and social hubs convenient, and that's why I chose this place. Negatives: On the other hand, this convenience has a massive price tag. The rental cost is outrageous. My block of flats always experiences low water pressure, particularly in the mornings. Furthermore, the internal link roads are extremely jammed, and the whole noise pollution, particularly near the main junction. I may not remain here in the long run because of the price.

Good locality with great connectivity and great lifestyle standards...

Positives: The connectivity in this location is wonderful Andheri Railway Station, Versova Metro, and Western Express Highway are close by. The locality is filled with some of the best schools in town such as Ryan Global and St. Louis Convent, and some of the best hospitals such as Kokilaben and Seven Hills in proximity. Infinity Mall, Citi Mall, and Versova Beach within a short driving distance. The Oberoi, Adani, and Godrej residential developments provide luxurious living in a quiet neighborhood. Negatives: On the negative side, traffic gets horrible during rush hours, and monsoon waterlogging happens. Some roads also require good maintenance. All in all, I give Andheri West 5 stars it's really a nice place to stay.

Positives: I like the blend of beach, markets and urban life. I like convenient travel from Andheri railway station and Versova–Ghatkopar metro line, which makes east–west journeys a lot quicker. Lokhandwala market, Versova Beach, restaurants, malls and movie studios are nearby, so nights out and shopping are convenient. Good schools and hospitals are within short drives, and new residential towers maintain the area clean. Negatives: Two negatives I experience are heavy traffic and tight parking during peak hours, and frequent monsoon waterlogging that occasionally shuts the Andheri subway. Otherwise, I am safe and content here. The area is vibrant, convenient and friendly. I suggest Andheri West to young professionals and young families looking for city zest with easy weekend choices within reach.

Positives: Nothing much to complain about while staying here. The area is very posh, and property rates have gone up tremendously in the last few years. Also, don’t forget, the area includes the prime Lokhandwala Complex and also Versova. You can visit the beach and enjoy the pristine ambience. Lots of markets and shopping options, along with cafes, restaurants, clinics, etc. Many film and television stars also stay here, adding to the glamor value of the neighborhood. WEH and SV Road are nearby, and the airport is also quite nearby. Gokhale Road reconstruction has been a positive thing for the locality. Negatives: Nothing that I can find. The only thing is that some market areas are crowded in the peak evening hours.

Positives: I found Andheri West quite alive and accessible. The connectivity was superb, Andheri Railway Station, Versova Metro, Western Express Highway, SV Road, Link Road all made it convenient to reach anywhere. Top schools, good hospitals, malls such as Infiniti, Citi etc., restaurants, media houses were also present. Luxury and mid-segment housing projects by renowned builders provided me with an abundance of options. Negatives: Some roads were waterlogged severely during the monsoon, drainage was poor. Internal roads and walkways used to have potholes. Traffic was heavy on SV Road and near the station during rush hours. Additionally, rent and property prices were extremely high, and parking was always a hassle everywhere.

Positives: I shifted here because it is second to none to work in Mumbai's media and cinema city. Honestly, I must say, the convenience here is just too good. The connectivity is a lifesaver; we have the local train, Versova Metro, and the Western Express Highway within reach, and traveling is so easy. And then there's the nightlife, Lokhandwala Market, and good hospitals like Kokilaben making it a complete, lively place to live. Negatives: But all this costs a fortune. The rent is through the roof, and you have these small flats for that price. Traffic is a nightmare, and at SV Road during rush hours is no joke. The greatest infrastructure complaint is the drainage; come monsoon, the street junctions are waterlogged in no time, and potholes show up.

Positives: This area is vibrant and well-networked. I have a house here and I prefer easy proximity to the suburban railway, metro routes, JVLR and Western Express Highway, and the airport is just around 8–10 km away, so it is convenient to travel. Shopping and dining out are wonderful with Lokhandwala, Infiniti Mall and lots of cafes around, and quality schools and hospitals make everyday life easy. Negatives: Negatives irritate me at times. Monsoon waterlogging, particularly close to the Andheri subway. It creates sudden traffic jams and blockages. Living expenses and property prices here are high relative to more suburbs. Negatives: Though, the constant din of all that construction was a major issue, and it felt like something new was always going up. We also got bad waterlogging during every monsoon and parking was always a problem. While the location had so much to give, the prices made it an actual pinch.

Positives: I have been an owner here for a while now and have to say, it's the best of both worlds. The social life is alive with great cafes, restaurants, and shopping places in Lokhandwala. The metro and local train connectivity is just top class, and it makes it so convenient to get anywhere in the city for work or play. We' have got everything we need all here, from schools to hospitals, and there's that community feel. Negatives: The are has extremely little downside. It is quite expensive to live there, even the everyday things cost more in comparison to the rest of Mumbai.
