I was an ex-tenant of this beautiful locality. My office was very near to my residence area. There was no traffic issue during office hours. The broad roads are well maintained. International standard school for my kid was very near to my residential complex. Balapur is the best location close to the supermarket. Transportation is easily available. Schools, banks, ATMs, and hospitals are available nearby the locality.

Being a tenant, my first priority was an area where I could get education to entertainment. I have got everything adjacent to this area. It is a nice locality to live in. There is a beautiful climate with good trees plantation and we can find some agricultural areas to enjoy over there. Free from all pollutants and pollution and we have good CBSE schools like Mount Cart Global school and colleges like ITI AND Diploma. This place has the MNC companies like Tata, Infosys, apart from that many areas to enjoy on the weekend.

As an owner of a flat, I like this area because of its good maintenance. It has a nice location. The locality has a good community and peaceful colony. In my colony, we have a temple and park for children. It has a good transport system. It is a good locality with a nice environment and Sufficient ventilation. Srisailam Highway passes by through this region. It is very near to the railway station and also Rajiv Gandhi International Airport a brief driving distance of this area, some of the schools and institutions in Balapur are Holy Mother PG College, Golden Jubilee School, TMSS College of Management. Here some other facilities are like multiplexes, restaurants, shopping malls, etc.

I have been a tenant in this locality for 11 years. I have no wish to change the place. Everything I have got is necessary for my life. Balapur is one of the fastest developing areas of Hyderabad. Surrounded by defense establishments, DRDL, DRDO, BDL, and Midhani. Very near Owaisi hospital, Apollo DRDO has good educational institutions like DPS School and many engineering colleges. Only the residents are unhappy with the erratic water supply in their locality during the summers.

From health to entertainment everything is nearby in this locality. It is well connected to World Class Schools, Management Colleges, 8 km from International Airport, 8 km from Adibatla, 6 km from Outer Ring Road. It is surrounded by supermarkets and hospitals. It is well connected by trains, buses, and public transport. Serene atmosphere, good security, and well-connected. Close to necessary condiments, Sagar Ring Road, and 4 engineering colleges. There is a big market nearby, and railway stations, bus stops, and metro stations are just in proximity. The only concern is irregular garbage clearance.
