Moreover, the vegetation of Baner Hill gave a much-needed escape from metropolitan living. It was really a high-liveability zone.

Negatives: But that fast expansion had a significant cost. The peak hour traffic congestion was absolutely infuriating, and living there became extremely expensive. Improvement is desperately needed for peak-hour traffic, water scarcity, main road potholes, and confused street parking.

Positives: I'm loving it very much, as I just relocated to the Baner neighborhood in West Pune.
