I am very happy with my investment. South of Gurgaon is one of the most happening location and lot of projects here. I was advised to invest due to the township features, Aravalli backdrop, good layout and planning, and the good reputation of the developer. Hope it turns out well for me.

I recommend this to buyers due to its advantageously located in Sohna Road and partnerships with celebrated architects such as Hafeez Contractor.

I will give a plus point for the way the developer is building this integrated township. Not many licenses are being given now and it is a chance to own an apartment in a township with everything that will come up from mall to school. That too it is a listed developer. Of course, the location is yet to become as A-list one as say Dwarka Expressway. But it will get there I believe.

Wanted to stay on Sohna Road and this one is just near the Toll Plaza. So that was my reason to invest mainly along with the fact that the developer is a reputed name. Also, I am cool with the amenities and green space they are promising

Being close to the Aravalli foothills is beautiful, and having the proposed A+ school within the community gives substantial value for my family.

Pricing is too high. There are some projects that cost less in same stretch. Yes, they are promising amenities and township living. Let's see how it ultimately becomes. On the plus side, I am happy that it's at least on the highway and the greenery that is being offered. Upcoming and quieter area, but will develop soon I hope.

So it is an investment that is mainly for the future potential. I am not shifting here for some time and will observe the pace of project completion and delivery. One good thing is the Aravalli Hills surrounding the area. But still lot to be done in terms of infrastructure and connectivity. Still new area. Hope it develops.

I think the sheer size of the project results in some of the amenities getting congested at peak hours. But overall, this place is great.

Despite the amenities being world-class, the constant development around results in sounds and dust, which become disturbing for my family.
