I moved in recently to this place. We really enjoy the large rooms and new facilities. My son likes the pool area most.
It is an excellent place for families. Secure environment and plenty of parks.
The marina concept is a novelty. Like staying at a resort. The location is, however, somewhat remote from the city centre.
Although the interiors are excellent, the surrounding infrastructure could be better. Roads to here are still not well developed.
I purchased a 3 BHK here. The design is great, but I had some problems with water supply at first.
