Although pricey, this buy has amazing appreciation upside. IMT Manesar and the forthcoming Global City project are the primary closest business centres. The distance to a large, well-established mall frequently required travel for residents. It is the lack of basic services.

As a long-term investment, I chose M3M GIC since I have faith in the M3M brand and the great size of the town. The concept of a self-sustaining city with everything inside one enormous area is my favourite feature. Because of its close proximity to industrial centers like IMT Manesar, I adore the Manesar area. The USP of the project is its outstanding connection to NH-48 and the future metro line. Relatively close are hospitals like Medanta and schools like DPS. The community is protected and the town design has ample parkland. I find it disappointing that outside the hamlet, rudimentary local retail and small grocery stores are not entirely developed yet. I feel strongly the faster creation of the nearby local roads branching from the highway is required.

Connectivity is great; NH-48 is very close and KMP Expressway has excellent reach to Delhi. Like Fortis, hospitals are nearby and provide comfort of mind. Still, there might be more immediate shopping and entertainment alternatives within the project, and traveling to far-off locations may appear less practical until the metro or local rail options arrive.
