The concept of a self-sustaining city with everything inside one enormous area is my favourite feature. Because of its close proximity to industrial centers like IMT Manesar, I adore the Manesar area. The USP of the project is its outstanding connection to NH-48 and the future metro line. Relatively close are hospitals like Medanta and schools like DPS. The community is protected and the town design has ample parkland. I find it disappointing that outside the hamlet, rudimentary local retail and small grocery stores are not entirely developed yet. I feel strongly the faster creation of the nearby local roads branching from the highway is required.
