I think Madipakkam is famous for its strategic location between Velachery and the airport. I get excellent rental yield here. My experiences with the neighbourhood are very positive. I am excited about the new metro connectivity. My major disappointments are the slow sewage work and the lack of large public parks.

I love how this area is described as a peaceful residential hub. It is beautiful because of the lake. Advantages for me are affordable rents and proximity to Saraswathy Hospital and Prince Matric School. I enjoy Phoenix Marketcity nearby. However, the narrow streets and poor drainage bother us every day.

I work in Madipakkam. I must say the area shows steady demand from families. I highlight strong bus connectivity, Velachery Metro access, and daily stores in this locality. I suggest DAV School and Dr Kamakshi Hospital nearby. I point out traffic congestion and drainage problems that need civic improvement.

I love Madipakkam for its family vibe. The closeness to OMR IT hubs from this locality is really an advantage. Commuting is easy via the nearby Velachery MRTS. Having Sri Kumaran Hospital and Phoenix Market City close by is great. However, the seasonal waterlogging and narrow interior roads are really negative.

Middle-class persons will find this area to be quite inexpensive, in my opinion. One feature about the rain that irritates me is the inadequate drain system. The narrow highways requiring immediate modification present the major issue.

For middle-class families in Chennai, I advise Madipakkam, as I think it's the most realistic choice. Its uniqueness comes from its nearness to Velachery and the OMR IT complex. For convenient transportation, I advise utilizing the nearby St. Thomas Mount metro and Velachery train station. I can see locals profiting from Saraswathi Vidyalaya and the well-known Kamakshi Memorial Hospital. Women at night will find this area really secure, as the residential streets are constantly busy. The evening strolls at Madipakkam Lake Park suit me. Here my customers see a consistent rental yield. Still, I believe the restricted internal highways and seasonal waterlogged demand serious attention. This location offers great value for money.

Positives: I lived here and adored the cheap rent. I located the Velachery MRTS station relatively nearby. Having Saraswathy Hospital and local markets nearby appealed to me. I quickly arrived at my OMR office.

Negatives: I was intolerant of the salty tap water. During the storms, I experienced severe flooding on my street.

Positives: Rental income is great; therefore, this is a good investment. I find Grand Square and DAV School to be lovely nearby. For rest, my family makes weekly visits to Madipakkam Lake.

Negatives: The quality of groundwater is rather bad. Narrow, crowded roads abound. Metro labour results in major traffic congestion.

Positives: Madipakkam, in my opinion, is quite reasonably priced and safe. My travel is Velachery railway station-based. Prince Matriculation is where my daughter attends school. Saraswathy Hospital is nearby. My family appreciates the tranquillity here.

Negatives: I get annoyed by water logging, broken streets, and inadequate streetlights. I despise monsoon flooding.
