Residing in Begumpet presents the ideal mix of convenience and business. Commuting to tech centers or the airport is surprisingly easy if the Blue Line Metro, the MMTS railway station, and Sardar Patel Road are all nearby. With strong street lighting and active police patrols, the neighbourhood feels safe late at night with a broad range of elite colleges, clinics like KIMS, Local markets also guarantee a very good standard of daily existence. Historical monuments provide character for the neighbourhood, which has an energetic, upmarket atmosphere. But the great traffic during peak office hours suggests frequent rush-hour jams and more local noise and air pollution, hence the one Something I wish might be better.

Highly recommended for both investment and residential life, Begumpet is a top, well-established Hyderabad area that mixes commercial activity with residential life. With its Begumpet Metro Station (Blue Line) and railway station, which enable rapid access to Secunderabad and important employment areas like HITECH City, its connectivity is unmatched. Positive: The superb transit access is the highlight. For simple travel around the city, we have the Blue Line Metro station right here in addition to the Begumpet Railway Station. Preeminent institutions, superb hospitals such as KIMS, and many wonderful shopping destinations like Shoppers Stop populate the area. With streetlights all throughout and frequent police patrols, it seems really safe even late at night.

Negative: Because Begumpet is a significant business center, the roadways are rather congested during peak rush hour, leading to terrible traffic congestion that slows everything down. Undoubtedly wanting in its drainage network. Since we sometimes see waterlogging and sewage problems in some inner neighborhoods during the monsoon, the municipal body should act rapidly.

Positive: I selected Begumpet due to its being a key residential and commercial spot in Secunderabad. The connectivity was very smooth with the Blue Line metro station being there. There were basic facilities very close at hand; easy proximity to hospitals such as Medicover and best of institutions such as Gitanjali School came to mind. The readily available shopping area, such as Ratnadeep Supermarket, was a favorite aspect of the locality.

Negative: As there are numerous offices in the area, numerous parks within the locality were without dustbins, leading to trash frequently scattered across the grass. The internal roads also used to get waterlogged at times during the monsoons because of clogging, making pedestrian movement difficult.

Positives: I enjoy living in Begumpet because it's so central and always feels secure, even late at night. I have the Begumpet Metro Station on the Blue Line and railway station right here. Convenient proximity to emergency services and quality hospitals such as Aster Prime nearby. It's definitely not cheap, but being in prime position between Secunderabad and Hyderabad is worth paying the high rent.

Negatives: The road noise and air pollution at rush hour are awful, and evening strolls are problematic. I'm worried about the public parks having insufficient trash cans, and this leads to trash accumulating on the grass. Need to urgently rectify the waste management system in the residential enclaves.

Begumpet is a good place to live in, and I can personally vouch for the locality. It’s pretty safe, and we have the metro and railway station nearby. So that’s a big plus point indeed. Also, the TSRTC bus networks are readily available in the locality, so that’s another USP. The NH-65 and 44 run nearby, while there are many leading schools in the vicinity like Hyderabad Public School. I work in Gachibowli, so it’s also quite easy to commute to this locality from my home. The only issue I can pinpoint in the area is the huge traffic congestion in the peak hours and limited parking spots.

Positives: Years of staying in Begumpet have helped me understand why it is so special right in between Secunderabad and the new IT parks. I adore that connectivity is superb. The Begumpet Metro Station is spot on, and I can get to the airport easily through the main roads. It feels relatively safe even at late nights, and I enjoy immense benefits from having schools, hospitals such as KIMS, and Central Mall within reach. It is highly convenient here.

Negatives: Still, the one big thing that I don't like is the traffic congestion during office peak hours. I'm also worried that in the monsoon months, certain roads face waterlogging due to poor drainage facilities which require immediate attention.

I personally find Begumpet to be a charming locality that gives me the essence of Hyderabad in a way. The metro and railway connectivity is top-class, while there are several landmarks nearby, including the Mahatma Gandhi Statue, Paigah Palace, Hussain Sagar View Point, Hussain Sagar Lake, Lal Bungalow- the list is endless! So much to do here and the amenities are also readily available, including schools, healthcare centres, markets, etc. My child also studies in the nearby HPS, while there are many other reputed institutions in the surrounding areas. I only feel that traffic congestion should be improved here, with better planning.

Begumpet is a well-connected locality, which is near the railway station and also the metro line. Both the NH-44 and NH-65 are also nearby, along with public transportation facilities. The Hyderabad Public School is also nearby, along with KIMS and other healthcare centers. You will find all the markets nearby, along with the historical Paigah Palace. The Mahatma Gandhi Statue, Hussain Sagar View Point, Lake, and Lal Bungalow are also located in close proximity to the neighborhood. Traffic jams and waterlogging are two major issues that should be closely examined by the authorities. Otherwise, the locality is one of the best options to stay in Hyderabad.

Positives: I am comfortable staying in Begumpet and I would say it has a mix of convenience and comfort. The area is centrally located in Secunderabad and highly accessible by TSRTC buses, MMTS train and the planned metro corridor. I appreciate the proximity of shops, hospitals, and offices. Parks and green patches provide me with quiet areas to unwind. Young professionals and small families are the most likely to rent here.

Negatives: There are some roads that require repair and clog up in rush hours. There are some commercial spots that are noisy and busy. There are some lanes that are not well-lit during the night, making me more careful when walking alone. Despite these, I still like Begumpet for its vibrancy and middle location.

I find Begumpet to be reasonably priced in terms of properties. Also, you get a wide variety of housing projects here. I could invest smoothly, and moved into the neighbourhood afterwards. I’ve found the area to be very centrally located, especially with the commercial hub in Hi Tech City being easy to access. The railway and metro connections are a big plus point, while several public and private offices are present here as well. The GVK1 Mall is also situated in the vicinity, along with several educational institutions, healthcare centres, and all other amenities.

I only wish that they would improve the waste disposal system in the neighbourhood.

I commute under the Begumpet flyover daily and inform buyers of its central location advantage. Begumpet is located close to the old Begumpet airport and has easy access to Secunderabad, Ameerpet and Banjara Hills. There is Metro and MMTS connectivity, along with main roads, so commuting is convenient. There is a blend of traditional residential blocks, offices, schools like The Hyderabad Public School, and hospitals around, so daily living is convenient. There are shops, restaurants, and civic facilities in proximity. Mid to premium prices due to centrality and consistent demand from professionals. Small parks and mature trees are found in old colonies. Begumpet is my suggestion for buyers looking for central value. Two points need work, including periodic drainage and monsoon flooding and consistent traffic urgently.

Begumpet offers a very central location to me. I work in Hi Tech City and find it easy to access my office from here. Also, the metro and railway connectivity is very good, while the overall locality has several historical buildings and fragments, which are mixed with the modern developments, residential communities, Government and MNC offices, and great social amenities. We mostly visit the GVK1 Mall nearby, while there are quite a few schools and hospitals within a 10-30-minute radius. A drive to the airport via the PV Narasimha Rao Expressway will take less than an hour as well. Also, the only issue I face here is the poor waste disposal system. That should definitely be improved.

It has been a pleasure to own a property in Begumpet as it is well placed and both an important residential and business center in Secunderabad, which has good appreciation value. It is very well connected with the Blue Metro Line, the Begumpet Railway Station, and the main highways all within easy reach, so travel to HITECH City is quite convenient. We adore the green cover and the safety, particularly at night, and there are fantastic schools and hospitals close by. But the only place that without a doubt needs to be improved is reducing the peak-hour traffic jam because so many offices and companies are centered here now.

One of the positive things about this locality is how close it is to the prime area of Banjara Hills. So, you can reach one of Hyderabad’s poshest localities in only 14-15 minutes. There is a metro station in the area, which connects to the Blue Line, while there are two national highways, i.e. NH-44 and NH-65, which enable good road connectivity as well. Gachibowli and Hi Tech City are also accessible within about 45 minutes from the neighbourhood, which makes it worth considering for the IT professionals working here.

The improvements that this area needs include the high traffic congestion and the issue of borewell supply. This is because municipal water supply is unavailable in many stretches, even till today.

Positives: I’ve been a tenant in Begumpet and the central location is fantastic. The area is well connected. The Begumpet Metro Station on the Blue Line and the railway station are right here. The area is quite safe, even late at night, due to constant police patrols. Plus, being close to major employment centers like HITECH City via road and metro is great for career scope.

Negatives: It's an ideal spot, but rush-hour traffic jams are furious because of the huge number of offices. That number of cars causes air and noise pollution significantly. Repairing the drainage system responsible for monsoon waterlogging, and keeping public parks cleaner as most don't have adequate dustbins.

Positives: I shifted to Begumpet and it has been an excellent choice as an owner. We have the Begumpet Railway Station, Blue Line Metro close by, so commuting is easy. It is a big business area, so there are lots of job opportunities available, and places like Hussain Sagar Lake and Jalavihar Water Park are really great for outings. And with best locations like Shoppers Stop, shopping is made easy.

Negatives: Even in such a developed area, a few things could make life better. I’ve noticed that many of the smaller parks lack proper garbage cans, leading to litter on the green spaces. Also, during heavy rainfall, the poor drainage system causes waterlogging on some main stretches.

Positives: Great connectivity with Begumpet Metro and neighboring railway stations offered convenient commuting, and main roads such as Sardar Patel Road were broad and in good condition. St. Andrews and Gitanjali Primary schools were within reach, Life Line and KIMS hospitals provided convenient healthcare. The neighborhood had plenty of restaurants, cafes, and parks close to Sanjeevaiah Park.

Negatives: Yet, traffic jams used to be prevalent in peak hours, and parking was scarce. Some parks were not very clean, and noise and air pollution grew with office traffic. Street lighting was in patches in some lanes, and bus services could be more frequent. The area could do better with traffic, parking, sanitation, lighting, pollution, and public transport.

It's lively and convenient to live in Begumpet. It is nice to be proximate to Hussain Sagar Lake and Sanjeevaiah Park, so evening strolls are relaxing. Nevertheless, Begumpet is best suited for people seeking a well connected, lively, and comfortable lifestyle in Hyderabad.

Negatives: Parking is restricted in certain places, and some of the parks are not well maintained. Additionally, with so many offices nearby, some of the roads are congested during rush hours, and some commercial noise is audible at times.

Positives: I have stayed in Begumpet for a few months now, and I thoroughly enjoy living here as a tenant. The best aspect is its location. I can reach the likes of Ameerpet, Banjara Hills, and Secunderabad within minutes. The Begumpet metro and MMTS stations make daily commuting extremely convenient. I get supermarkets and medical stores to good schools and renowned hospitals like KIMS and Yashoda. I also appreciate the presence of nice cafes, street restaurants, and a blend of old Hyderabad ambience.

Negatives: Life here is active but serene, though some things could be improved. Some of the inner lanes remain with poor drainage and infrequent waterlogging during rains. Street cleanliness and the upkeep of small parks surrounding Prakash Nagar could also be upgraded.

Positives: I shifted to Begumpet recently and I'm comfortable. My flat is close to Begumpet metro and MMTS, so it's convenient to move around. There are shops, cafes and some decent restaurants around. I find plenty of hospitals and clinics within short drives. The place has a mix of old shops and new office complexes. I like taking evening strolls near the small green areas around the flyover. I like the central location and the variety of services available here.

Negatives: Open drains and stinking odors in certain pockets provide mosquitoes and health concerns. Additionally, irregular street lighting in a few lanes renders nights unsafe, and parks require improved maintenance and cleaning. If these are done, Begumpet will feel much cleaner and more peaceful for all.

Positives: This area was a wonderful experience. The area provided good connectivity with the Begumpet metro station and the local railway station, making commuting easy. Having well-known educational institutions like The Hyderabad Public School and St. Francis College for Women made the area more appealing. Medical facilities like KIMS Hospital and Life Line Hospital provided quick medical help when required. The region had a range of eating joints, such as popular restaurants like Paradise Biryani and Haldiram's. Moreover, the region had a decent combination of residential and commercial areas. Still, in the rainy season, waterlogging in some areas took place because of poor drainage systems. In addition, some parks did not have proper waste disposal grounds, resulting in littering.

Positives: I am amazed at this locality, and I thoroughly enjoy the lively yet convenient lifestyle here. My apartment is near the Begumpet metro and railway station, making travelling around Hyderabad extremely easy. The locality has decent schools, hospitals, malls, and restaurants, making life very convenient on a daily basis. There are wide roads, parks, and local markets contributing to the comfort. The area is secure, and newly developed residential complexes have amenities that make life easy. Property rates are affordable for central areas. To top it all, better traffic and more pedestrian zones would be ideal. I believe as a whole, Begumpet is a highly satisfactory and well-connected residential area to live in.

Positives: Being a flat owner here, I personally think this beautiful locality is an excellent investment because of its unsurpassed location. It's really the heart of Hyderabad city, and property prices only appreciate. I particularly like the proximity to top schools and medical care that makes life convenient for my family. The broad, well-paved arterial roads provide untrammelled connectivity to other business centres.

Negatives: Yet, keeping a car here is hell. I detest how the streets around my apartment complex are filled with unauthorised commercial parking, which compels residential users to navigate through them. Furthermore, we suffer from frequent and short power interruptions during summer, which is infuriating given the government's assurance of a 24/7 power supply. Lastly, the air is clearly getting worse with the usual heavy traffic all year round.

Positives: It is ideal to be a tenant in Begumpet due to the central location and excellent connectivity. I can just jump onto the Blue Line Metro and make my office commute hassle-free daily. It is a very safe place to walk around, even late in the evenings. Moreover, the entire locality is filled with excellent shops and restaurants, providing an excellent lifestyle.

Negatives: But I am always annoyed by the huge civic problems here. The worst is the noise pollution, the incessant honking and road noise from Sardar Patel Road is mind-boggling and keeps me with headaches all the time. When monsoon comes, the waterlogging is awful, inundating the roads and resulting in giant traffic jams. In addition, I have found the garbage collecting is very unpredictable on the interior roads.

Positives I shifted to Begumpet because of its prominent location, and I like staying here. It is a good place as a resident because there is excellent connectivity (metro, MMTS and main roads), proximity to the airport and hospitals, abundant shops, cafes, good schools, malls, banks and parks, and well-established residential towers, making life convenient on a daily basis. Good neighbours and local amenities ensure I don't have to go far from home very often.

Negatives: A few low-income areas have sanitation and foul-smell issues, waterlogging during the season close to the flyover, increased rents for quality flats, and construction noise in emerging areas. Nevertheless, I am satisfied here since convenience, safety and locality facilities suit my needs; Begumpet is practical and comfortable for me. I would recommend it to working professionals.

Pros: I enjoyed its central location and convenient proximity to offices, malls and Hussain Sagar. The locality had good schools, hospitals and a good balance of old houses and newer apartments, and Begumpet Airport and Ameerpet were close by, so commuting and errands were easy.

Negatives: But to live there was not so perfect. First, there were intermittent waterlogging and drainage issues in heavy rainfall. Second, commercialisation introduced noise and less green pockets. Third, some pockets had ageing civic maintenance and bare electric wire. Fourth, parking space was scarce, and property prices were comparatively higher. I left grateful for several small daily pleasures. Those recollections still gave me a glow when I remembered Begumpet.

What I enjoy the most is its central location from which I can easily reach Banjara Hills, Secunderabad, or HITEC City. The Begumpet Airport is a touch of heritage charm, and there are wide roads that are well connected by bus and metro.

Negatives: Nevertheless, there are certain shortcomings here. A couple of stretches encounter drainage and waterlogging issues during heavy rainstorms, and older structures require restoration. Streetlights in inner lanes can also be increased. But even with these shortcomings, this neighborhood actually feels like home.

Negatives: I had noise and regular air movements due to the Begumpet airport. Also, the increasing rents in areas around commercial centres. These types of drawbacks are my patience at times, but overall, I departed with fond memories of Begumpet's mix of history and contemporary life. Always thankful.

Negatives: I believe the biggest drawback, though, is coping with the old infrastructure. The water supply is very unreliable, sometimes going out completely. Traffic jams are bad, particularly along the main roads and flyovers, and getting residential parking that is safe is almost hopeless. Also, since most of the buildings are old, the electricity network tends to struggle, which means frequent, brief power outages in the afternoons.

Positives: Well connected and affluent areas of the city. Easy proximity to the Begumpet Metro and Railway stations, and Raj Bhavan Road makes commuting a matter of ease. Also, some areas of the neighborhood, like Sindhi Colony, have experienced issues with open drains and breeding grounds for mosquitoes, which cause health-related issues during monsoon. Overall, the quality of life in Begumpet is good, and therefore it is a popular place to invest in real estate.

Positive: I am feeling comfortably settled at Begumpet and proud of owning a house here. The location has a planned, inner-city ambience near Hussain Sagar, with fast MMTS and metro connectivity, decent hospitals and schools, and plenty of jewellery stores and restaurants along the main roads. Low to mid-rise houses and some new apartments provide variety, and office and shopping spaces nearby make life easy on a daily basis. Begumpet also has historical landmarks such as the Paigah Palace, and the old Begumpet airport provides an interesting character. Negatives: I see regular traffic jams and space for parking near the flyover during peak hours. Also, certain areas have drainage and mosquito issues, which the local councils are gradually working on. Generally, I am content here and like the neighborhood daily. Also, the people feel extremely cordial.

Positives: I have nothing but good things to say about Begumpet. It’s really a well-connected zone, with the metro Blue Line having stations in the area and at nearby Prakash Nagar itself. Also, the MMTS network is solid through the railway station, and even NH-65 can be accessed without hassles. Connectivity-wise, it’s a great place to stay, and that’s why I bought a property here. Also, lots of schools like HPS, parks, hospitals, and water bodies are there. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Negatives: If I had to find something negative about the place, I would say that some places like Prakash Nagar and all face a lot of traffic issues during the peak hours.

Positives: What appealed to me most was its mid-town location directly between Banjara Hills and Secunderabad, rendering traveling convenient. The proximity to Begumpet Metro station and decent bus connectivity ensured smooth daily commutes. It also boasted excellent schools, malls, hospitals such as KIMS and Lifestyle in the vicinity. Green surroundings near Paigah Palace and Begumpet Airport side provided a nice touch. Negatives: The traffic congestion at the flyover and Paradise stretch was infuriating, particularly during peak hours. Rentals were on the higher side relative to the neighboring localities. The roads used to get waterlogged during rain showers, and street parking was scarce. Nightlife options were also fewer in number relative to places such as Jubilee Hills.

Positives: I have recently moved here, and the best part about Begumpet is how centrally it is. The connectivity is incredible. We've got the Blue Line metro right in front of us, and the railway station is just a stone's throw away, so travelling across Hyderabad and Secunderabad is a breeze. The location is really safe, even at night, with excellent lighting. And all the major amenities, such as hospitals, schools, and shopping at Shoppers Stop are easily accessible. Negatives: The traffic during rush hour is absolutely maddening, leading to terrible air and noise pollution near the main roads like Sardar Patel Road. Also, while the location is prime, the buildings here are mostly older, and many flats have small room sizes. Sadly, poor drainage means there's bad waterlogging during the heavy monsoon season.

Positives: Begumpet is a central, bustling part of Hyderabad which I like to call home. I have a house here and I appreciate the unmatched connectivity, such as Begumpet having MMTS, a metro and good bus connectivity. Well-rounded schools, hospitals, shopping and hotels are within reach, and living here makes daily tasks and eating out extremely convenient. I would give this locality 4 stars. Negatives: Traffic and parking become strained on main roads, and some minor roads are waterlogged and experience drainage problems during heavy rains. The property prices are more than in most suburbs, making purchase here expensive. There are also occasional notices placed around airport-side plots that bring uncertainty for some residents. Even with these, the central location and facilities keep me content.

Positives: I just love being a homeowner here in Begumpet! It really feels like the strategic center of Hyderabad, with convenience and excellent value-added investment. We have our own railway and metro within arm's reach, making traveling around the city convenient. Whatever you might need is within reach, from excellent places to shop like Central Mall and GVK1 to excellent schools like The Hyderabad Public School. Negatives: In all honesty, the only real small disadvantage I can say is traffic congestion during rush hour, but that's a small price to pay for sitting in such an excellent, well-connected location. Begumpet really does have an awesome quality of life.

The metro station, Begumpet railway station, and smooth road connections make my daily commute easy. I find it good that markets such as Lifestyle, CMH Road outlets, and local restaurants are around. Nice schools and hospitals are also nearby, which makes it convenient. So, living here is quite easy most of the time. Negatives: But staying here has its negative aspects too. The main roads become noisy and dusty, and the constant traffic movement makes it less serene. The rents are not cheap, particularly for good apartments, and parking space is usually a huge problem. The place is convenient and central but not problem-free.

Positives: From what I felt there, Begumpet was a great place. I loved how connected it was. The metro line made travelling around the city so convenient, and the roads were big, which was great. The place was safe, even at night, with the police patrols and streetlights. The best thing was how everything was within reach. Everything was just a short walk away, which was really convenient. Negatives: The worst headache was certainly the traffic. With that many offices and businesses lining the area, the roads would be terribly jam-packed during rush hour, and it was difficult to avoid them. I also observed that in some of the neighbourhood parks, there were not enough dustbins, and thus littering was somewhat of an issue.

Positives: It is one of my top picks.We get all things in my nearby area literally in the center of everything. I think it is the biggest advantage. The connectivity here is excellent, with a railway station and a metro station itself within the vicinity. Connectivity to places like the Jubilee Hills Check Post metro is very convenient. The location is full of amenities; there are good schools, hospitals, and lots of shopping areas like Shoppers Stop. Additionally, the Hussain Sagar Lake nearby provides you with some green space to unwind. Negatives: The only slight negative I would say is the waterlogging that occasionally occurs during monsoon season. Apart from that, my experience has been excellent.

Positives: As a local agent, I have witnessed firsthand what makes Begumpet such an excellent place to reside. It's a well-established central locality with incredible connectivity, courtesy of both the metro and the neatly maintained roads. The locality is never far from anything residents might require, ranging from first-class hospitals such as KIMS to different shopping destinations and schools. It is a cosmopolitan center with plenty of employment opportunities. I think it is a nice combination of residential and business areas, and generally a good option for professionals and families. Negatives: The only true problem is waterlogging that occurs under heavy monsoon rains, particularly in low-lying areas.

Positives: I have been residing here as an owner for quite some time now. The central location is something I enjoy day in and day out. The Begumpet metro station has made traveling a breeze. Also, I enjoy having so many corporate offices and commercial buildings around. It provides the area with a very lively atmosphere. We have some really good schools and hospitals. Additionally, we can get nearly everything you require right here. I adore this neighbourhood. Negatives: The one thing that I would like to see changed is the constant commotion. It's a bustling hub, so we get a lot of traffic from the main road, but that is a minor compromise for all of the convenience.

Positives: I like this Begumpet because of its wonderful location. It's an upscale Secunderabad location near Hussain Sagar with Begumpet metro and Begampet railway nearby. Sardar Patel Road connects the spot, and lots of offices, hotels (ITC Kakatiya, Vivanta), shops and nice schools and hospitals are nearby. Sanjeevaiah Park and Jalavihar provide nice parks. Negatives: Various flats tend to have smaller sized rooms at this place, and the rents are high. Poor drainage causes waterlogging in the heavy monsoon, and there are hardly any vet clinics

Positives: I like very much Begumpet for its multiple reasons. Its location in the middle and excellent metro connectivity make travelling in the city so convenient. The area is highly safe even at night, and I adore the fact that it is green and full of amenities such as good hospitals, schools, and malls. Negatives: Traffic is a huge issue here, and it is frustrating to commute. Moreover, due to the traffic, there's so much air and noise pollution. A good parking space is a real nightmare to find.

Positives: I enjoy how well-linked Begumpet is, with good connectivity to the metro and highways. Going to work is easy, and the place is secure with proper roads. It's also wonderful that everything about schools, hospitals, and stores is accessible. Negatives: The traffic is a big nuisance. Furthermore, certain portions of the region get waterlogged during heavy rains, which can be very troublesome.

Positives: Living here at Begumpet is wonderful. It is extremely well connected by road and metro, and we have plenty of good schools and hospitals in the vicinity. The airport too is extremely convenient to reach. Negatives: The biggest drawback is the traffic and noise, particularly at peak times. Further, certain sections of the location get waterlogged during monsoon.

A few months back I was there as a rental but I love that place. It is a place where I can find local shops and also some good restaurants and shopping malls where you can visit and fulfill your needs. For emergencies, hospitals and police stations are also nearby. But it is a marketplace and crowded all the time from morning to night. If it is a little distance far from the marketplace, then it will be the best place to live.

I am here since 2010. The place is well crowded with local people all around and you can also find small clubs and communities here and there nearby. Prakash Nagar is the nearest metro station and it is only 2.5 km from my place. Begumpet Airport of Hyderabad is also near where you can find military helicopters and private jets arriving. You can visit that place to pass some leisure time also.

It was now more than 3 years since I leave this place since I have to shift to another region. Due to the lowland, every year during the rainy season our locality goes under water for days and we are getting locked in rooms. So it’s a problem for me and my family. The drainage system should make better since multi-stored buildings are growing in this region. Markets and banks are available and the place is well-crowded with local inhabitants.

It’s been nice to have a residence in Begumet a few kilometres away from the oldest Begumpet Airport in Hyderabad. I must recommend this place to you because you find so many activities to do on weekend within a small distance. Also if you want to take a walk in the morning or evening you can find decorated parks and land nearby. Metro facility is also available in this region which makes you feel comfortable traveling anywhere within the city.

It’s great to be here for the last 12 years. I would like to say Begumet is a lovely place to have my home and family here along with me. The place is cool since it is near Jalavihar Water Park. Also, it is great to have Vasavi hospital just a few kilometres away from my place. Since I am here for a long time it’s been a community for me with all the neighbors around. The place is still growing and developing.
