Daulatabad is a great place as an industrial area. It is simple to find a cab or any other transport vehicle. The local roads are in good condition. There is plenty of parking available. There is no shortage of water. However, the metro station is a fair distance from the neighborhood. There are no street lights around. Due to the nearby constructions, there is a lot of dust in many places. Since there are no footpaths nearby, people walk on the road since it is less dangerous. Frequent power cuts in summer. Other than these minor drawbacks, the place is nice.

Daulatabad is a developed area with ample opportunities. It has efficient transportation options. The finest thing is the nearby metro connectivity. Markets are close enough to stroll to. The drawback of the state of the roads is not great. There are several unclean and unhygienic places in this region. There is no nearby fire station. Parking problems frequently occur. Otherwise, this area is quite peaceful and good.

It's a nice and quiet place to live in Daulatabad. It has excellent transportation options. However, traffic jams are a typical occurrence here, which is to be expected in the industrial sector. The streets have good lighting. It is near numerous institutions, including schools and there are also food stores, parks, medical facilities ATMs are nearby. The parking options are excellent. The Dwarka Expressway is close to Daultabad. People around this area are very connected to each other.

Daulatabad which is a very good location belongs to Gurgaon Division. Tikampur, Sector 106, and Sector 103 are the areas close to Daulatabad. The local transportation options are excellent. The closest train stations to Daulatabad are Gurgaon Railway Station and Basai Dhankot Railway Station. Apart from these, there are numerous bus stops nearby. Numerous restaurants, gyms, movie theatres, and other forms of entertainment are available in the area. All necessary amenities including hospitals, schools, colleges, and markets are available nearby.

Daulatabad is a nice and beautiful area. It offers excellent living combined with a convenient location near Delhi and Gurgaon. Numerous schools, colleges, and workplaces may be found nearby, including Cyber Hub, Unitech Business Park, DLF Corporate Greens, and many other facilities.
