Warning: Stay away from this builder! They have proven to be a complete fraud. Our flat, which we purchased 8 years ago, has still not been delivered. Now, they have the audacity to start new projects. Do not be fooled by their deceitful practices. Builder is unreliable, unprofessional, and lacks any integrity. Sold single flat to multiple buyers. Save yourself from the stress and financial loss by avoiding any dealings with them. It is crucial to spread the word and warn others about their unscrupulous behavior. Together, let us protect fellow potential buyers and homeowners from falling victim to Builder's fraudulent practices. Do your research and opt for trustworthy builders who prioritize customer satisfaction. Remember, prevention is the key to avoiding such fraudulent situations. Earlier projects with having same builders. 1. Maxworth Sector 10A City Residency - Work in progress from last 10 years and still don't have clarity when we will get our flats. (Visit site and check yourself) 2. Maxworth - Premier Urban, Sector 15 Gurgaon - they could not obtain the OC of the project even after 7-8 years of Possession due to many issues. (Visit site and talk with buyers)
