I have been a tenant in this locality for 5years. I like the area. Everything I have got is essential in my life. I have got a reputed school for my child to get a proper education. I have got a multispeciality hospital for my ailing parents. I have got a shopping mall, and market place as my weekend destination. The main problem is road congestion and traffic during office hours. Govt should look into this matter.

As an owner of a plot in this area, I have got almost what I expected. From health to entertainment everything is nearby. I can spend quality time with my friends and family at the nearest shopping mall. My child can be admitted to an international school. I have got an uninterrupted power supply in my locality. The main concern is water logging. Little rain can be a cause of water logging. The drainage system needs to be improved.

I was an ex-tenant of this beautiful locality. My office was very near to my residence area. I could easily drive to my office without any traffic congestion. The international standard school for my child was very near to my flat. For entertainment, the big shopping mall is there in that area where I could easily spend time with my friends and family. 24X7 power supply made life very smooth. The multispeciality hospital is also there.

Being a tenant, my first priority was an area adjacent to the school, shopping mall, and marketplace. I have got everything near this area. School and shopping mall are within walking distance. I can hang out with my family members on the weekend. For health issues the hospital is also very near to my residence, besides, my office is well connected through a broad highway. Traffic has not been an issue in this area. The neighbors are very helpful too.

As an owner of a flat, I like this area because of its occupied societies, big roads, no traffic, and no rainwater problem. This area will achieve many milestones in the future. This location falls in the center of Gurgaon with a walkable distance from schools, hospitals, and commercial malls like signature hospitality services, euro, Suncity, and Narayana. Education to entertainment both are there. It is well connected by Dwarka Expressway and National Highway 8.
