???????pace city is a locality near Dwarka Expressway in Gurgaon. the area is predominantly commercial. however, there are some residential localities here. 

the nh8, which eventually reaches mumbai, passes close to pace city. infrastructure is well developed in pace city, and one can get access to banks, hospitals, markets, etc. 

open plots and multistory apartments are located in pace city. 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are popular in this area, and construction companies have projects with the desired configurations. the prices of apartments in this area are rs.2500 – 7000 per sqft. 

builders also charge the preferential location charges here as some locations are considered premium. the city administration has developed this area mainly for industries.   

the haryana government has plans to develop this area and will upgrade the facilities here shortly.
