The new architecture and roomy apartments were the biggest draw for me. But the shortage of adequate parking spaces has been a major problem.

I love gated communities; they provide a sense of security, and the garden landscape creates a peaceful ambiance.

Closeness to airports and others connectivity are nice. But the noise from construction sites nearby was a continuous irritation during my tenancy.

I didn't like the maintenance services. I love the interiors of the apartment; they are fantastic.

It is definitely a recommended project from me. Its central location in Goregaon West coupled with Mahindra Lifespaces' track record commendable. Ample apartments, closeness to essential features are really great.
